Rody has the appearance of an adult male. He has green eyes and thick, messy, reddish-brown hair that stands up straight. The strand of hair on his forehead forms a fringe. He has an average build. He also has two moles on his right cheek, located diagonally. When interacting with Vincent, Rody appears shy and hesitant. The Day 3 cutscene shows him panicking, needing Vincent's help. Due to the nightmares, as well as witnessing Vincent's rather brutal actions in the Day 4 cutscene, Rody has become afraid of his boss. Despite this, Rody is not afraid to joke around with his boss.

Rodi is described in the game as being unable to clean his room, cook anything, or fix leaks in the bathroom.

At the party, during a conversation with Richard, it was mentioned that Rhodey was more cocky and confident when he was younger. His classmates expected him to be expelled. Rhodey most likely came from a middle-class family that had a lot of financial problems, so he dropped out of college despite being a gifted child and having some success in college.
