Abbacchio was a tall man with a slender build. On his head he wore a kind of hat that served as a hair band.[3] He had long, light hair, which was divided into spikes that sloped outwards or upwards at each end. He also wore lipstick.

His clothing consisted of a long, dark coat with no lapels and ties crossing over his bare chest; dark trousers and black shoes. On his belt he wore a silver/gold buckle with the letter "A". Personality Leone Abbacchio was a somber and rather bitter but dedicated member of Team Bucciarati. Abbacchio was one of the more serious members of Team Bucciarati. Among the few times he would smile were at the discomfort of others (e.g. laughing at Giorno's seemingly absurd predictions and humorously asking Illuso if he had lost anything after successfully taking Mr. President's key from him). He never participates in his teammates' antics. When Abbacchio visits Pompeii, he mentions that as a child, he used to walk there from Naples. He was also a stern and distrustful person.
