The first sign of a good stylist is clarity and measurability of evaluation criteria.
So, the "Golden Section" defines conventionally male and conventionally female features in appearance. And I evaluate their ratio in a specific person. This is the shape of the face, the hairline, the depth of the eye set, the height of the eyebrows, and much more.

That's why I, for example, don't distinguish the same subtypes as Kibbe (it's too obvious that he came up with subtypes in order to have somewhere to cram the uncrammable). For me, each type is in three formats: (1) "pure", (2) one step closer to the neighboring type "on the left", (3) one step closer to the neighboring type "on the right".

The knowledge he has as a professional:

basic design concepts: color, composition;
basic styles (classical, modern, ethnic) and principles of their harmonious combination;
rules for creating images for different types of appearance and different purposes;
basic styles, fabrics, fittings that are used for sewing clothes, making shoes and accessories;
fashion trends and tendencies.
A stylist must also be able to:

competently build communication with the client in order to find out his preferences, goals for creating an image, and character traits;
make quick hand sketches;
create collages in graphic editors, such as Adobe Photoshop;
select clothes, shoes, accessories, hairstyle, hair color and makeup to suit the client’s needs;
promote your services and develop your personal brand
