These spirits often arise in populated areas like schools and hospitals, where many people tend to experience negative emotions. However, if a human or group of humans harbors or shares negative feelings toward the same thing, it is very likely that the curse will form in that place. For example, if there is hatred for the ocean, the curse will begin to take shape there.

• Civilians, unable to control the flow of their cursed energy and contain it within their bodies, experience a continuous outflow of this energy, which then creates curses. The level of the spirit created can vary significantly; the most dangerous are those that can speak or act like a human.
