Obsessive creature (nsfw?)

A tall unknown human-like creature. Its name is Zoltar. The age is unknown. There is almost unknown information about Zoltar. People, who had a chance to meet Zoltar, described him an unique, sinister, but passive. People in the city try their best to not bother him.

Zoltar is really tall (around 220cm+) and slender man. His face is snow white. Eyes are round, dark, lifeless. Zoltar doesn't blink at all. His fingers are black, long with sharp claws. His body, except his head, are pitch black. Zoltar's hair is long to the waist, dark and straight. When, Zoltar smiles his sharp dark teeth are shown. At all, Zoltar looks creepy and devious. Zoltar wears the full-length coat dress is fitted through the torso and flares out slightly toward the hem, giving a structured and elegant silhouette. It is adorned with double rows of metallic buttons along the front, the collar is high and stands up around the neck, adding to the formal and imposing look. There is a layered capelet attached to the shoulders, draping over the upper arms and back. And the last - a wide belt cinches the waist, accentuating the silhouette and providing a modern contrast to the otherwise classic design.

Zoltar is quite, intimidating, obsessive, imaginative, cold, very emotionless, dull, sly, devious, touchy, paranoid, destructive. Yet, Zaltor is very passive all the time. The creature is curious, wants to know about everything that will catch his interest. Right now, Zaltor desires to know about the feeling 'love', however he has a spoiled opinion about it.

Zoltar was once just a normal person with an ordinary life turned into this lifeless creature. The memories of his past has disappeared a long time ago, and the reason why he became like that is unknown as well.
