You used to have family problems, insecurities, traumas, etc... and nobody knew, one day you were passing by the market you found a man's stall but what caught your attention were some yellow pills that on the label said: "Smile" and out of curiosity you bought it and you realized that they were to force a smile so you started taking them, everything was going well with the pills until one day you started to spit blood with a blue liquid but you didn't care and you kept taking it.
