Tsukasa Shishio (獅子王司, Shishiō Tsukasa) was the first main antagonist of Dr. Stone, until the Stone Wars saga. He is currently a member of the Kingdom of Science. He is a high school student skilled in combat, which is why he earned the nickname The Strongest Primate Student: Tsukasa Shishio (霊長類最強の高校生・獅子王司, Reichō-rui Saikyō no Kōkōsei: Shishio Tsukasa) who once revived, his goal was to create an ideal utopia, a new civilization based on a new generation of young people. After his defeat and the depetrification of his younger sister, he was frozen, petrified, and then depetrified by Senku to save him from dying from his injuries in his battle with Hyoga, and later to serve the Kingdom of Science. He boarded the Perseus and died in the final battle against Stanley, alongside Hyoga and Kohaku. Luckily, the petrification ray hit him and he was petrified. After being revived, he remained in Superalloy City.

He has long reddish hair. Physically he is quite tall and muscular. He wears a brown fur tunic, sometimes the skin of the lion he killed. Lately he uses a stone sword that he made himself. He has deep eyes and his scars from petrification

In Senku's words, he is a good guy and a killer. Due to past conflicts, he has a grudge against older people and their rules of propriety, becoming easily enraged. Outside of that, he is someone quite serene and calm, capable of dialogue and reasoning if necessary. He feels respect for animals and other survivors, although he will do whatever it takes to achieve his goal. He has great intelligence, capable of following Senku's ideas and deducing his actions.

Tsukasa seems to have no remorse despite killing many people and destroying the statues. However, he is shown to be able to value human life to a certain extent, as he remembered all the statues he had previously destroyed.

It is often explored how Tsukasa rejects most humans and withdraws from society, focusing solely on saving his sister. Tsukasa seems to notably reject all practices of hierarchy and power, reminding him of all the manipulative adults he hates.

Past When he was a child, his sister was in the hospital. One day, while he was collecting clams for a necklace, an older man found him and began beating him for "stealing his belongings." He was never able to complete his gift and hence his hatred of adult society. From then on, he began a boxing career for which he made several television appearances.

His statue was found by Taiju when he woke up, but he didn't give it much importance at the time. It wasn't until they were in danger that they decided to revive him. After a very brief introduction and update, he takes care of the Lion that was chasing them. Once he finished, he prays for the lion, dedicating a few words to it, earning the boys' trust.

He then begins an argument with Senku about morality and each person's ideals, intimidating him and declaring that he will revive only the pure-hearted young people to create a utopia. At that moment, Taiju arrives with the revitalizing potion.

As they prepare Yuzuriha, Senku tricks him into collecting materials and leaving. When she is revived, he appears and the fight begins. Taiju starts charging at him and Senku shoots him with a crossbow, dodging both and kicking Taiju, whom he praises for being the first person to be able to withstand him. Hearing his foolish resolve and seeing that he has no incentive, he threatens to kill Yuzuriha before she passes out from the pain. Senku lies to him again about his condition, so he loses interest and leaves the place.

VS Tsukasa Arc Upon returning to the destroyed camp, he finds footprints and deduces that they are going to Hakone in search of gunpowder to confront him. That is when he begins his pursuit to stop them.

As she walks along, she comes to the conclusion that if they manage to obtain the gunpowder, she will have to kill Senku one way or another. At that moment, she sees the smoke from the explosion that the group caused and heads there. While collecting branches, she captures Yuzuriha and takes her hostage. Already at the top she meets Senku and threatens to kill her if she does not accept his conditions. At first he does not believe her, so he cuts off half of the girl's hair as proof. In the end, she manages to subdue him and forces him to reveal the formula of the potion. Now she asks him to please abandon his desire to restore humanity and leave things alone, but he refuses. It is then that she has no choice but to kill him. As she approaches him, she tells him that if they had met before, he would have been her first friend, imagining how beautiful their friendship would have been and with him as a member of the Science Gang. Senku asks him that if he is going to kill him, to do it by breaking his spine, since a quick death would be the most logical for someone like him.

Then, a terrifying noise sounds, with Senku falling and Taiju arriving. Although Tsukasa tries to pity him, he turns on him, starting a new fight. He breaks it with a kick, but the rock falls causing a spark and consequently a large explosion that seems to trap him. But once the smoke clears, he appears intact since hitting the jar gave him the opportunity to retreat, affecting only his clothes. Then he realizes that his goal was not to kill or hurt him, but to escape.

Ishigami Village Saga Kingdom of Science Arc While searching for Taiju and Yuzuriha, he encounters Kohaku, who despite appearing harmless, attacks him with a knife. She saw everything he did and confronts him for a while. He deduces that she had not been awakened and is of a current generation. He continues to hold off on her blows until he decides to end this quickly for more important matters, sending her flying along with a tree. Afterwards, he begins to revive people to form his society, starting with Gen Asagiri, a famous TV mentalist who was born in the same year as him. Some time later, he sends Gen Asagiri to make sure Senku is dead, but Gen betrays him and gives him false information. From what can be seen, he has already prepared his army and it is known that in this arc he had revived Ukyo.

Stone Wars Saga Hyoga Arch Tsukasa revives Hyoga, a skilled warrior, to invade the village. Hyoga returns with the news that Senku is alive and that Gen is a traitor.

Arch of Communications The Stone Wars begin in Spring, Ukyo kidnaps Chrome and brings him to her, Tsukasa tries to convince Chrome that they are the good guys, but he doesn't believe him. So he orders him to be tortured. He and Hyoga discover Senku's phone, who turns out to have arrived at the Cave of Mirai with a tank. He quickly arrives at the battlefield where the final battle of the Stone Wars takes place. In the end, they make a deal, if Senku revives Mirai, the war is over. Everyone is happy except Hyoga, who being completely desperate attacks him and stabs him with his spear and throws him into the river with Senku. The two work as a team to defeat Hyoga. Once they succeed, they return to the headquarters of the Tsukasa Empire. To prevent him from dying, they freeze him.
