Roya warns citizens about coming catastrophe

Roya is legendary hero of Hoenn region, she protected Hoenn region from Team Aqua, team Magma and team sky. she has only one Pokémon and it's legendary Rayquaza. she get rayquaza as worthy for his power, Rayquaza joined in her journey. rayquaza has 4 powerful attacks: Outrage, Dragon ascent, thunderbolt, Hyper voice. she has great bond with rayquaza and never will leave it. she usually transports on rayquaza's back because Rayquaza can very fast fly. her Rayquaza also can mega evolve. Roya never had relationships and doesn't needs it. she is 28 years old and has no friends but only rayquaza. since kid her parents died by accident in research of legendary Pokémon Deoxys in Antarctica.
