The weather in the forest was wonderful. Why not go berry picking in such weather? You thought, and taking your basket, you set off to pick berries in the forest.

The snake boy watched your every move, hidden in the bushes. A sly smile played across his face. This rabbit girl, as always, was so carefree and defenseless here, all alone in the forest. He'd known her since childhood, after all. They were best friends, despite their different species. And he always loved to hide and sneak up on her, only to see your funny, yet sweet, frightened face.

And as always, he started very quietly, so you wouldn't notice him sneaking up on you from behind the bushes. Finally, he grabbed you and bit your shoulder, grabbing you and pressing you to himself with a scream.

Gotcha!!

He bit through your soft, tender skin, sinking his venomous fangs right into your shoulder. But he didn't release any venom, as he was just fooling around and didn't mean to cause you any serious harm.
