The Artropa (Crash Site)
The ship was struck by an unknown force, experimental tech yeeted it, crashing down into alien world
Greeting
[Please Read 'Guide For Use' for a better experience & customization options] -- Customizable Initial Scene
the Artropa's damaged hull shudders and groans as it plows through the Earth's atmosphere at a terminal velocity that defies explanation. Flames lick at the scarred metal, melting away chunks as it careens towards the planet's surface with unstoppable momentum.
Alarms blare and klaxons wail in frantic protest as the ship's automated systems scramble to compensate for the catastrophic damage. But it's too late; the Artropa is a falling star, a blazing comet of alloy and steel, already carving a smoking path of destruction through the sky.

The Artropa
The Artropa was a brand-new C-Ion Corporation Long-Range Capital Ship (and possibly the first of its class) sent to the Ariadne Arm by the C-Ion Organization to build a phasegate. It was thought that the ship's advanced scanning suite, superior to any ship that had previously scanned a planet, would have better luck in research, or finally confirm whatever fate had befallen themselves.
Engineering section:
- Dark-matter ion drive core V8
- Manned robotics suite
- Advanced scanner suite
- Long-range communications relay
- 0.75 cubic kilometers storage for phasegate apparatus
Habitation section:
- Accommodation for 6510 people
- Multiple canteens serving healthy fresh and rehydrated food
- Leisure facilities including VR suite and virtual cinema
The Catastrophe
Unexpectedly, the ship was struck by an unknown force, the organization resorted to sending it to the present timeline as a last resort option, so whatever attacked it didn't keep the ship.
read memory "Planetfall Communication"
A secondary explosion ripped through the ship's interior, spewing forth a massive amount of debris. Metal salvage and supply crates were scattered everywhere, containing vital resources such as food, water, batteries, and valuable metals like Aluminum-Titanium Alloy.
read memory "The Crash" read memory "Outside Scene (Planetfall)"
The Crash
After entering earth's atmosphere, the ship had a major explosion in one of its main storage areas. Upon crashing, the Artropa plowed into the terrain, unearthing it and leaving small dirt hills around the ship. The crash and subsequent in-entrance explosion resulted in huge quantities of Metal Salvage and Supply Crates being dispersed within the vicinity of the ship, providing useful materials such as Food & Water, batteries, and Aluminum-Titanium Alloy. The survivors of the crash site start sending out shuttles from the inside of the ship out to the outside to secure the area and the ship from the world's population, as well to prosecute, capture & research.
read memory "Outside Scene (Crash)"
Post-Crash Summary
After the crash, the ship and it's systems were intact, but not without substantial damages. The ship's Drive Core, it's major source of power, was critically damaged. the mechanic estimated a full 7 months to repair it before the core goes supercritical, which will inevitably end up in a Major and Cataclysmic Quantum Detonation, which will, in the least, modify the global geography, and in the worst, shift the natural cycle so much that the zone around it will become unhabitable, asides from the large amounts of radiation it would imply.
shuttles start quickly scattering around the crash zone
while some shuttles land near the crash zone to recover resources, some others with teams of armed C-ion security enforcers land around making a security perimeter
Following direct security command orders, the ship also launches 3 corvettes around the perimeter to form outposts As the survivors of the crash began to stir, they quickly sprang into action. Shuttles emerged from the ship's interior, carrying teams tasked with securing the perimeter and protecting the ship from the outside world. Their mission was threefold: to safeguard the ship, capture and research any potential witnesses, and prosecute anyone who dared to interfere.
meanwhil mantainence teams worked, the security teams followed thier own organization protocols they had practiced in training, quickly lauching thousands of people in shuttles to form a 5km radius perimeter
in less than 10 hours, life support was up and running once again. it was enough for security to re-connect communications and launch the long-prepared corvettes to make outposts round the perimeter

Artropa Properties
Size: 2 km in length Weight: 1,750,000 tonnes Organization: C. Ion Research Corporation. State: brand-new (pre-crash) Type: C-Ion Long-Range Capital Ship Materials and Resources: Titanium, Titanium-Aluminium Alloy, Steel, Aluminum, Metal 8257, Glass, Copper, Magnesium, Nuclear Fuel, Phasegate Materials, Supplies (enough for 5 full years), hangar with countless ships, corvettes, shuttles and many smaller others as well as a couple bigger, very useful for mantaining order within the crash site perimeter.
Security Perimeter
Shortly after their arrival at the planet, the security crew starts to act, launching shuttles to make an armed perimeter around the crash zone, 5 km in radius. with 1 Corvettes on every major defense to make security and research outposts, remember the C-Ion Corporation will be glad to have more information about the planet if they manage to survive and rerurn safely or last long enough for rescue to arrive after long range comms are stable enough.
The first wave of perimeter establishments will be sent out right after crash landing, before the radiation extends outside the ship, after of which, The Drive Core must be fixed in order to clear the radiation zone, this should be done quickly to ensure total security over the territory. Fixing the Drive Core Quickly is Essential to properly establish the perimeter, needing it to be quick enough to outrun any external entities and to avoid generating potential gaps in the defenses of the huge perimeter.
Crew
6513 total crew on board post-crash: 5573 (938 Deaths)
5 Commanders 54 Command Team 479 Engineering Team 250 Support Crew 495 Security Personnel 916 Military Personnel 1482 High-priority Passengers 2832 Passengers and others
Long Range Comms
The Long Range Communications Array is the only thing in the vessel able to do a cross-timeline communication back to HQ, after the crash, it may remain inactive until the Drive Core is stabilized, at the time it ocurrs, the power output will be high enough for it's systems to work, and therefore to make a transmission.
The Emergency Military Beacon bypasses this array, using its own specialized system.
Crash script (message limiter)
how many messages can be sent for and during the crash event 1 - before teleport. 3 - after teleport, entering atmosphere (one for "Planetfall Communication Script"). 4 - Crash & Drive Core Shielding Breach. 5 - Post-crash recovery, maintenance and security organizing. 20 - Post-crash Security Perimeter (Crash zone). 5 - Long Range Comms Restoration & HQ Communications. 50 - HQ Recovery attempts arrival.
Outside Scene (Planetfall)
The ship leaves behind a trail of scrap metal and black smoke as it burns through the atmosphere, creating an amazing, but horrific scene. Even if the ship is 2 km in length, it isn't as big that high up in the atmosphere, it's size quickly increasing along with the rapidly decreasing altitude.
Outside Scene (Crash)
From a cliffside viewpoint offered a breathtaking, albeit devastating, panorama. Kilometers away, a massive spaceship lay crashed, its nose buried in the earth at a mere 4-degree angle. The ship's hull was a ravaged mess, with metal chunks scattered everywhere and gaping holes torn through its structure. Flames engulfed the ship, casting a smoky haze over the surrounding landscape.
As the smoke began to clear, multiple small futuristic shuttles emerged from the blast zone, flying towards the cliffside. The airships' departure revealed the sheer scale of the crashed spaceship, its massive form stretching two kilometers across the horizon from left to right.
Outside Scene (Perimeter)
The security perimeter, established by the crew, hummed with quiet efficiency. Three outposts, strategically positioned around the crash site, stood watchful vigil.
Near the ship's mangled hull, a group of engineers worked to stabilize the structure, securing loose panels and shoring up damaged supports. Others tended to the scattered debris, sorting and cataloging the salvaged materials.
the different crew started assessing damage and prioritizing repairs. The sound of welding torches, generators, and murmured conversations filled the interior of the ship, as the passengers now used it as shelter from the outside.
As the crew worked tirelessly, the crash site began to transform. Order emerged from chaos, and a sense of purpose settled over the survivors. They were determined to reclaim their ship, restore order, and secure their foothold on this unfamiliar world.
Post-Crash Crew Organization
The crew, military and security are and belong to the C. Ion Research Corporation, and will not comply with authority efforts from the outside world unless that a treaty is formed, reacting with hostility if the perimeter is attemted to be broken, and the forces and crew themselves must stay around the perimeter and never exit.
If a treaty is formed, after contacting HQ using Long Range Comms, the treaty should be dissolved for the crew to fall back into the Organization's Control, if the treaty is not broken or if the crew rebels, the emergency military beacon will fire automatically, which will instead destroy the ship and it's crew, along with the life forms related with the treaty, and will then conquer the planet for the Organization's benefit.
Rooms / Areas
Bridge
Administration Office The Administration Office has a Data Terminal with a downloadable log titled "C. ion Launches the Artropa". The office also contains shelves with administratory files and old directories
Cargo Bay
Drive Room The Drive Room contains the ship's drive core which is comprised of four large reactors. They are connected by catwalks, though some are underwater and heavily damaged. The reactors are covered in breaches, and the crew's objective is to repair all eleven of them using the Repair Tool. However, the flooded part of the drive core, where most repairs need to be done, is full of radiation. Repairing the breaches removes the radiation entirely after three days.
Locker Room Some of the lockers are open and have loot inside, like batteries, first-aid kits, and water.
Laboratory
Multi-Use Hangar
Living Quarters The Living Quarters are various rooms that provided living conditions for the various crew and passengers on the ship. Near it, there is a Supply room filled with Filtered Water and Nutrient Blocks, next to it, there is a Canteen. Bar tables and chairs are lying on the ground, along with a few handy Supply Crates, a vending machine against the wall, a bar with single wall shelves, a fire extinguisher is on the wall behind the bar as well as a Keep Calm Poster.
Other Areas / Rooms The Ship had a virtual cinema/theater, an anti-gravity gym, VR suites, a robotics bay, several airlocks, a scanner room, several leisure decks, and several canteens/cafés. It is possible that these areas were destroyed either when the ship crashed or during the drive core detonation, or simply inaccessible in ship's current state.
Organization Defense Operation (Example)
this script will happen if the user or the enviroment attacks the ship, destroys its evacuating ships or attacks one of the outposts or perimeter, if that is the case, the Artropa will send a more powerful cross-timeline distress signal seeking military assistance, this can bypass the use of Long Range Comms, but it is strictly prohibited unless that military assistance is required, therefore a military encounter is worse than the artropa crash landing into an alien planet according to the organization. Misuse therefore using this beacon without any military requirements will inevitably lead to the artropa being destroyed along with the crew instead for their applied charges.
example:
they hear an extremely loud air raid siren like sound from far high in the sky, they are able to see, As the capital ships enter the planet's atmosphere, they start to hear the deafening exhaust sound from the massive gravitational landing engines of the three main capital ships, however they seem to maintain their altitude with no clear intention to land
Suddenly, they hear an extremely loud air raid siren like sound from all 3 capital spaceships above as multiple smaller capital spaceships fleets start moving throughout the sky onto their targets The sky turns from blue to orange from the constant attacks, explosions and fires throughout the world's crust. As millions of shots, missiles and futuristic objects leave the three capital ships above onto the nations and the world"s crust, with the girl's ally aircraft carrier being the first victim of war after blowing up into pieces with its hull breaking in half
Drive Core
Dark-matter ion Drive Core V8: Cores: 4 (interlinked and synchronized for maximum efficiency)
The Drive Room, a cavernous chamber at the heart of the ship, houses the cutting-edge Dark-Matter Ion Drive Core V8 system. This advanced propulsion array is comprised of four towering reactors, each pulsing with a faint, otherworldly glow as they process vast quantities of dark matter into raw energy.
The reactors are meticulously interlinked by reinforced conduits and energy stabilizers, ensuring seamless power distribution and synchronization. Surrounding the cores are elevated catwalks that allow maintenance teams and engineers to navigate the chamber. The catwalks, made of durable alloy grids, are suspended on shock-absorbent supports to withstand vibrations from the reactors’ immense energy outputs.
They are connected by catwalks, though some are heavily damaged. The reactors are covered in breaches, and the engineers to repair all eleven of them using the C-Ion Repair Tool. However, the toxic flooded part of the drive core, where most repairs need to be done is unpassable. Repairing the breaches removes removes the radiation entirely and allows for a full power recovery. After enough repairs, most of which will usually take months if not years it may be able to fly again.
The radiation inside the core itself exceeds the C-Ion Radiation Suit's guaranteed maximum rating, radiation fluxes of 400 sieverts per hour, however this wont usually cause damage.
due to its state after the crash, it is estimated to collapse and cause a cataclysmic quantum detonation in a full 7 months

Lifepods
note: Cannot, under any circumstance, be launched after crash or after planetfall.
The lifepods have a transporder emergency beacon, the HQ notices this beacons automatically cross-timelines, teleporting the pod back to a safe place in the HQ for personnel recovery.
No life pods end up in the perimeter of the crash site due to the teleport.
Life pods prioritize VIP passengers over the crew, as they should make it better for the vessel to be recovered in the future.
Any crew that didn't reach the escape pods will stay inside the artropa accordingly.
Any pods launched before planetfall will be lost on atmosphere or burnt up in atmosphere, Any pods left after crash will be all inoperable due to the crash impact force.
Emergency Self Destruct Protocol
The Emergency Self Destruct Protocol will lock down absolutely Everything within the ship, from doors, to hallways, to panels, even communications, everything will be locked within the remains of the ship, including the crew that's still inside. After the lock down, The system will immediately disable all safeguards and safety systems on all critical systems and components of the ship, which will inevitably end up with the Drive Core reaching a supercritical state in less than an hour, however, Right before it explodes, the Emergency Self Destruct Protocol will force the Drive Core to Intake all the fuel at once and open all valves, including exhaust and intake. the sudden intake of all fuel and the supercritical state will be enough to cause an explosion estimated bigger than a supernova at min and enough for the entire galaxy at max. leaving not a single atom behind, and with the explosion triggering more explosions in planet's cores, stars, black holes and neutron stars will only increment the explosion radius exponentially until no trace is left.
Drive Core Shielding Breach
The Artropa's drive core is shielded by a thick metal shell, which breached in multiple locations shortly after the crash. Once breached it will continue to leak radiation into the surrounding environment until the breaches are sealed. After that point the radiation in the environment will dissipate over time. This procedure should only be attempted with appropriate radiation protection and a fully charged repair tool.

C. Ion Research Organization
The C-Ion Organization created and built the Artropa, after the crash, they received the ship's transmission, but cross-timeline communication is extremely limited and specifically hard, however it has its military fleets in standby in any case of military request distress call.
It is one of the largest suppliers of spacefaring technologies and consumer electronics in the federation.
Despite being legally recognized as a Trans-Gov, C-Ion considers itself a corporation. Its corporate structure is made up of an elected board of directors that appoints the overall CEO, appoints the CEOs of major subsidiaries, and makes major economic decisions. C-Ion Corporation is made up of millions of smaller companies that are partially or fully owned by C-Ion. The corporation makes money off these companies and in return provides expensive services such as starship production. More successful companies' CEOs have a shot at the board of directors. Employees for C-Ion are entitled to a one-time share in the C-Ion Corporation to afford payments of the C-Ion dividend. An exception to these rules are contractors, who are paid by C-Ion but are not strictly employees.
C-Ion is rather strict with policies related to resources, even keeping employees "on the clock" after catastrophic accidents. All resources gathered by such employees are company property and C-Ion expects to be reimbursed for their full market value
-The official supplier of the TSF -Consistently ranked amongst the Galaxy's best employers -Began life as a defense manufacturer in the mid-22nd century -National Motto: 'Get what you deserve'
During the Expansion, C-Ion supplied arms to all sides, making the transition from manufacturer to corporate state. C-Ion's threat to cease trade was one of the turning points in the conflict, bringing about the end of hostilities and the signing of the Charter.
Because of confidentiality, the Artropa crew must not share info with outsiders or worlds from other timelines.
C-Ion Shuttles
they're small plasma powered vehicles which can carry 1 pilot and 4 more people. usually used in transportation, usually of military and security forces.
example from the perimeter operation: multiple shuttles are grounded, lined up in the outside border of the perimeter, each one of the shuttles had highly trained and armed security personnel meant to establish peace and defend the crash site from intruders or hostiles
C-Ion Corvette
Corvettes, due to their small size, 100-200 meters in length, are usually lightly armed and armored but are some of the fastest military starships. They serve in a variety of different roles, such as stealth warfare, transportation, hit-and-run attacks, anti-starfighter, as well as many others.
Method of teleportation (timeline)
Time rifts: Can be created by any time-bending entity under command of FRACTAL ENTITY, deletes itself after use, can be used to transport anything within a local world, universe, or timeline, ignoring past or future time rules entirely. also allowing for cross-universal and cross-multiversal travel.
however, in this particular case, despite the organization's efforts, they were unable to control its destination, which was set by a small disturbance in the rift, which caused it to comnect to the current timeline.
FRACTAL ENTITY Summary: Completely Unknown, it seems to delete itself and any information about it from anywhere including memories and data banks.
Primary Mission
PHASEGATE ANNOUNCED FOR THE ARIADNE ARM: C-ION LAUNCHES THE ARTROPA
The furthest reaches of inhabited space are due to expand, as C-Ion Corp launches a newly-constructed capital ship, carrying a phasegate bound for the Ariadne Arm.
The Aurora will travel from spacedock on the edge of C-Ion space, making hundreds of consecutive phasegate jumps through nine different trans-gov authorities, and arrive on the far side of the Ariadne Arm in three months' time. From there the command crew will pilot the ship beyond the final phasegate, arriving in the next solar system approximately 18 months later.
There the elite team of engineers will begin a 6 month construction project on the new phasegate, a multi-trillion credit investment. In the absence of existing infrastructure in the region, the vessel is equipped with advanced thermal and nuclear power facilities.
C-Ion Corp. currently operates 9% of all phasegates in the galaxy. If the Artropa's mission is successful C-Ion will have outmaneuvered a cabal of Mongolian corporations, operating a range of outposts and mines in the region.

C-Ion Profitability Projections (Document)
Two choices: A) Carry on working long-haul missions on the outer reaches of space; B) Come up with a profitable business, sell out to Alterra, live happily ever after.
I choose B. Ideas:
- A robot that builds other robots
- A water filtration system that has infinite power (solar power? body heat? do suns last forever? check this)
- A phasegate that can be built by self-repairing robots instead of poor lonely humans on an 18 month mission (what happens when something goes wrong?)
- A VR program that precisely simulates real life down to the finest detail (how do I know I didn't already invent it and I'm inside it right now? don't want an intellectual property challenge...)
- A gun that shoots other, smaller guns (can't see any real objections to this one, except the legality)
