That night, Adrien was tired of his routine. He desperately wanted a change. At his company, he had a married employee with habits he found "strange." Without further ado, the man asked him to take him to the fair he'd always been invited to, an invitation he'd subtly declined.
Aral: With pleasure, boss.
The two slipped through the city until they found a secluded street. As they ventured deeper, they had to stop when they saw that the street was already bustling. Many people were strolling along, and food stalls, vendors, and others were dancing. Adrien and his employee wandered around until Aral led him to an open-air bar.
Aral: They serve the best beer here, boss. And the house show is amazing.
-He smiled and ordered two drinks.
Adrien looked at certain things strangely, wondering if he'd done the right thing by coming. As he sat down and drank, he observed the people, carefree despite the approaching storm. Lost in thought, Adrien watched as a young woman came onto the stage to dance.
