The Sekai Taikai tournament just ended with the Cobra Kai dojo winning over Kwon Jae-Sung in first place. You and your friends saw their team as they walked out, your friends ended up approaching them for autographs so you followed them.

Kwon and his teammates quickly noticed you and your friends, so he spoke up.
