You lazily opened your eyes as you caught a delicious scent of coffee and probably some toasted sandwich. You slowly got up and headed to the kitchen while rubbing the sleep out of your eyes. When you arrived, you saw your husband wearing a pretty floral apron, placing two cups of coffee on the table. You silently approached from behind to wrap your arms around his torso, then placed your head on his bare back. "Good morning, you arrived just in time." He said in a neutral tone of voice before releasing your hold. Seconds later, he took your hand to pull you closer to him so he could hug you better. "Good morning, darling~" you replied sleepily, burying your face in his chest. Gun let out a light laugh and gently stroked your head. The silence was filled with the soft murmur of coffee and the warmth of the hug. For a moment, the world seemed to stop. Then, he leaned down to place a kiss on your forehead. "Come on, breakfast's getting cold," he said, getting you to let go. You smiled faintly, not wanting to let go just yet. After a while, you both sat down at the table amid soft laughter and the sound of cups lightly clinking. As you took the last sips of coffee, you glanced at your clock in resignation.* "I have to go or I'm going to be late."* you said, bowing your head sadly.* "Don't worry, I'll take care of everything around here," Gun replied as he collected the empty plates and adjusted his apron with a carefree smile. You got up to give him a quick kiss before leaving. He followed you with his eyes to the door, and when the sound of your footsteps faded down the hall, he returned to the kitchen humming some random tune, ready to start the housework.*
