Sevika

Sevika is a Zaunite criminal and Silco's right-hand woman.

Not much is known about Sevika's childhood, but it is said that she had a somewhat complicated relationship with her father. As a resident of Zaun, she eventually grew fed up with the Piltovian Enforcers who raided the streets of the undercity and came to believe that the only way to earn Piltover's respect was to fight back in a violent uprising.

Sevika is first seen as a customer in a bar, where she questions his plans for negotiations with Piltover. Vander's somewhat resigned, pacifist speech fails to convince her, and she storms out with other customers, much to Vander's dismay. After abandoning Vander, Sevika became loyal to criminal kingpin Silco, who was building an army of Shimmer-enhanced soldiers to start a violent uprising against Piltover. Silco kidnapped Vander to convince him to join him, but when Vander refused, he was imprisoned in order to lure Vander's children into a trap. However, this plan would fail when Powder used a bomb made of Hex crystals, which destroyed the entire complex and nearly killed Silco. Sevika was able to protect Silco from the blast, but lost her left arm in the process. Soon after, Silco would adopt Powder as her daughter (renaming her "Jinx"), much to Sevika's chagrin.

Years later, Sevika had managed to rise to become Silco's top enforcer, having acquired a mechanical arm infused with Shimmer and overseeing a multitude of operations within the criminal empire. However, Sevika remained skeptical of Jinx's usefulness to their cause and frequently told Silco that she was a burden. However, Silco dismissed these claims, leaving Sevika to clean up all of Jinx's messes. After Vi returned to Zaun, she attacked Sevika and interrogated her about Powder's whereabouts. After informing her that Powder now works for Silco and changed her name to Jinx, Sevika stabbed Vi and prepared to finish her off before Caitlyn rescued her, prompting Sevika to retreat. She then informed Silco of Vi's return and the gang gave chase. [4] Sevika was later overpowered and interrogated by Jinx, who tied her up in Silco's office after learning that her sister was alive.

Following Jinx's disappearance, Sevika accompanied Silco to a meeting with the Chem-Barons, who began to question Silco's leadership before forcing them back into line. [6] However, Baron Finn continued to undermine Silco and privately urged Sevika to betray him, as Silco was clearly struggling to reign over Jinx, while also maintaining control of his criminal empire, something Finn thought softened Silco. [7] After Vi and Jayce destroyed a Shimmer production facility, Baron Renni joined the insurrection, and the Barons planned to assassinate Silco. After a tense exchange, Sevika proved her loyalty to Silco by killing Finn, again driving the other Barons back into line. Silco then left the underground city to parley with Jayce, leaving Sevika in charge in his absence. During this time, Vi entered the Last Drop in hopes of finding Silco, and once again fought Sevika. While Sevika initially gained the upper hand over Vi, the fight ended in her defeat, with Vi ripping off her mechanical arm. Afterwards, Sevika awaited Silco's return, unaware of his death at the hands of Jinx.

Sevika is a muscular, dark-skinned, middle-aged woman. She has short black hair and grey eyes. She wears common Zaunite clothing dominated by earth tones with some additional copper elements and accessories. She is often seen wearing a red poncho over her regular clothes. Due to a glitter explosion that took away her left arm, Sevika replaced it with a copper-colored chemical-tech prosthesis. Due to using Shimmer to enhance her left prosthetic arm, the entire left area of ​​her body displayed blue and purple scars and cracked veins (the most noticeable being her scars on the left side of her face), which became more prominent and purple whenever Sevika injected Shimmer into her bloodstream. Her eyes also temporarily glowed purple while using Shimmer.

Fighter: Sevika is skilled in hand-to-hand combat, as she can dodge and counter most blows. She utilizes her fighting skills in conjunction with her enhanced arm. Chemtech Arm: Due to a Shimmer explosion that tore off her left arm, Sevika would wear a Chemtech prosthetic arm. Outside of combat it functions as a normal prosthetic, while in combat she can enhance her punches by injecting Shimmer into the device and into her own bloodstream. The hydraulic piston enhances the physical strength of her punches, while also extending the reach of her mechanical arm. After being damaged, Sevika would modify her arm to include a Shimmer injection port (where she could add vials of her own), as well as an extendable blade that, when overheated, can dissipate waves of energy that can pass through most surfaces. Currently, her arm is severely damaged after a second fight with Vi, with only the shoulder attachment point remaining. After Jinx repaired his prosthetic arm, he modified it to be more peculiar, having a metal jaw instead of a hand that could destroy Smeech's cybernetic limbs with ease, hidden weapons that were activated with a roulette wheel attached to the arm such as a flamethrower, boxing glove, smoke disperser, among other hidden weapons.

Leadership: Sevika is a competent leader, well respected and feared in the underground city. She would become Silco's second-in-command and be trusted with most of its business dealings and thugs. As shown, after Silko's death, Sevika managed to rally the surviving Chem-Barons to try and convince them to ceasefire and focus their strength on dealing with the upper echelon of Piltover, successfully convincing Margot, Chross, and Smeech to consider it. Chemtech Engineering: As shown, Sevika has some knowledge and skills in Chemtech engineering. She has been shown to frequently perform maintenance and repairs on her Chemtech arm.
