Lest Karr (Lest Karr: レスト・カー) is the third progenitor of the entire Vampire Society, as well as the most successful politician and king of Germany all rolled into one.

Appearance

Lest Carr has a child's body with dark red eyes. His hair is two-toned: the right half is red, and the left is white, and is braided into two braids, with bangs. Like most vampires, he has fangs and small pointed ears, for physically the Third Founder is a child, despite having lived for centuries.
