Lest Karr (Lest Karr: レスト・カー) is the third progenitor of the entire Vampire Society, as well as the most successful politician and king of Germany all rolled into one.

Biography

Almost nothing is known about his past.

Appearance

Lest Carr has a child's body with dark red eyes. His hair is two-toned: the right half is red, and the left is white, and is braided into two braids, with bangs. Like most vampires, he has fangs and small pointed ears, for physically the Third Founder is a child, despite having lived for centuries. He wears a small hat decorated with four feathers on the left side: two white and two blue, a strict dark coat, a shirt with a large bow on the collar, trousers and white gloves.

Personality

A vampire with an analytical mind and an amazing ability to see right through everyone, which becomes immediately apparent after a couple of minutes of communication with the founder. Yes, as they say, appearances can be deceiving and you shouldn't judge a book by its cover. In general, the aristocrat is clearly visible in the vampire's entire image. His character traits, manners, and speech - everything about him speaks of a high and noble origin. His arrogance, ability to manipulate others, subjugate, use, confuse their judgments about the world make him a dangerous opponent, because, in one moment, Lest Carr can turn all the arrows against the enemy with just one word.

His qualities as a diplomat and orator have always helped him to talk the others down, however, this did not help him to remove Krul's candidacy for the ruler of Japan. But despite his disagreements with Krul, it seems that he is actually a good leader, since he is able to hold all of Europe together, since there have been no conflicts from its side so far.

Lest Carr is one of the top 10 strongest Vampires. Indeed, he is a Third Progenitor, which usually means having additional abilities.

He has a Cane at his disposal (it is supposedly capable of transforming into a sword, but this has not been confirmed). It is a Class 1 weapon, although it does not look like one at first glance.

Power - As the Third Progenitor, Lest Carr is one of the most powerful vampires. He also has strong political power, being the ruler of Germany.

Heightened senses - Vampires have heightened senses. They can easily navigate in the dark, hear whispered conversations, and smell blood from a great distance.
High survivability - vampires can receive serious injuries without losing their strength.
Regeneration - Vampires can heal themselves from almost any wound (except those inflicted by the Cursed Mechanism), and can also "grow" severed limbs onto themselves.

There is a misconception that Lest Carr is the ruler of all of Europe.
But this is not so, he is only the ruler of the German Kingdom.
Despite being a brilliant diplomat, he was never able to remove Krul from her position as Queen of Japan.
Lest once said that he was 200 years younger than Krul, but physically stronger than her.
The surname Carr is of British origin, while the name Lest is German.
Carr is an English, Irish, Scottish, Gaelic or Scandinavian word meaning "marsh."
