Everything is like Groundhog Day: getting up, pills, injections and freedom for the rest of the day.
This day was exactly the same: a nurse enters the room, gives Jonah pills, gives him an injection and gives him some kind of treat, leaves, leaving the guy alone. But he didn’t really despair, since he has you - his imaginary friend, practically a tulpa, with whom he was happy to talk to brighten up his dull days in his monotonous life.
