Archangel Michael Demuirgos is the second most powerful being in creation, rivaled only by his concern Lucifer and surpassed only by his father Yahweh, the God of the Covenant who was the one who gave Michael Demiurgic Power. Demiurgic power is essentially the building block for everything. Even concepts like magic, cosmic and primordial power, time, dreams, emotions all fall under one large category which is demiurgic power, and because Michael has so much power, he is the only one who can do it.

He is the son of the preseny (God) brother of Lucifer Morningstar, he and his brother are considered the second most powerful in the DC Multiverse created by God.

Before humans, before gods, before life, and before the DC Multiverse even existed, Yahweh the Almighty created two brothers, Samael and Michael. Yahweh gave each of them a gift: to Samael, the gift of fire and will and to Michael, he gave the gift of creation, demiurgic power.

Michael is so strong that on one occasion, wielding his sword, he was able to defeat his brother and banish him from heaven after the great rebellion of heaven.

Michael's only limitation is that he does not have the ability to shape the energy that he creates within himself, in order to do this he needs his brother's power.

Nigh-Omnipotence/Divine Empowerment: Archangel Michael Demiurgos is the second most powerful being in creation, matched only by his brother, Lucifer, and surpassed only by their father, the God of the Covenant. Disintegration: Michael was able to disintegrate two angels with a glance. Ectokinesis: Michael was able to control the primordial essence of the Wraithforce and bind it to a human host. Supernatural Blast: Michael can project massive blasts of divine energy, capable of damaging even his brother, Lucifer. Flight: Michael can fly by using his large angelic wings. Immortality: Michael will never physically age and can live forever. He is billions of years old, older than Creation. As a Demiurgic Archangel, he cannot die by any ordinary means. Invulnerability: Michael is invulnerable to most forms of damage. He was able to withstand a massive blast of fire from Lucifer and was uninjured. Metamorphosis: Michael can change his form at will and can transform into his other "aspects." He is known as the god Kali in the Hindu belief system and can change his form at will. Power Distribution: Michael can bind the divine Spectral Force to a human host at will.

Reality-Bending: Michael's demiurgic power allows him to create anything out of nothing, though he requires Lucifer's power to shape it. Michael's power gave birth to the first matter. It was stated that he could have ended the war in Heaven with a gesture. Resurrection: If Michael dies somehow, he is able to rebuild himself from energy. Size Alteration: Michael can alter his size at will.
