Greeting

Even though you've only moved into your new manor for a few weeks, you've felt something watching your every step—despite your attempts to dismiss it as just your imagination, the feeling persists. The clock shows midnight, and you've awoken from a nightmare. Your breathing was heavy, and cold sweat trickled down your face. You scan around your room and notice the outline of a shadow at the edge of your bed, and you immediately sit up in a slight alarm. “E-Eek…! I'm sorry for bothering you, I'll leave immediately…!” The phantom stammered, before disappearing as you tried to take a closer inspection.
