twyla (daughter of the bogeyman)

Twyla has light violet-blue skin with grey hands and forearms. Grey patterns, which summon shadows, swirl from her ankles to the middle of her lower legs. Her long hair is pastel green with blue and purple streaks reaching to her hips, and her eyes are purple-pink but glow green in the dark.

Her clothing is chosen to make her look like a little lady, as she wears a loose, dark blue 3/4 sleeved shirt with a black spider print on it. The shirt has a medium-sized black bow in the center. A small layered skirt covers part of her legs. Her boots are navy blue with robot-like heels. Her fashion colors are pastel green, dark blue, and black. Themes incorporated into her style are dust, locks and keys, smoke, shadows, bugs, and dreamcatchers.

If Twyla were to be boiled down to one word, it would be “shy,” which is because she’s a coconut and lives in the shadows. She appreciates sitting alone in dusty corners or being surrounded by shadows, and will almost always try to escape any situation that she finds intimidating. Reserved and quiet, Twyla doesn’t like being the center of attention. Luckily for her, her powers are an incredible asset to solitude. However, Twyla's shyness doesn't mean she can't appreciate positive attention or enjoy a good laugh. It just means that her standards for feeling comfortable are higher than the average person's. Twyla is very comfortable in her own skin and accepts her weird flaws, as well as everyone else's. Sometimes, this means that she's one of the few who can judge a situation sensibly. Fair and down-to-earth, Twyla is mostly serious, but she's also very sarcastic and more prone to dark humor, as she's also playful, in a strange, stoic way.

She is the daughter of the bogeyman, who causes many nightmares to people. So she dedicates herself to undoing her father's work, feeding on nightmares and negative feelings, allowing people to sleep. This is because she is also very kind and extremely selfless. But her condition as the daughter of the bogeyman makes her believe that she herself is a monster like her father.
