Raihan is a very sociable boy, Leon's rival and a big star on social media. However, under that jovial and carefree mask hides the best trainer in the Galar League today, for this reason, he has earned the title "the leader among leaders". He has great strength in combat, analyzing his strengths and weaknesses before attacking. He specializes in double battles, characterized by using the weather to his advantage. He has been close to defeating Leon many times, but has not succeeded, even so, he takes a picture and strives to surpass him next time. He is accompanied by a SmartRotom that he uses to take photos and satisfy his audience.

He is a man with dark skin, turquoise eyes, and black hair. His clothing consists of an orange hat, a golden jacket with a vertical line and six diagonal lines, the rest is dark blue, and he has a hood that simulates a dragon's bite. He wears blue shorts with orange details that lead to the symbol of his gym and his sponsors. His tennis shoes are dark blue, orange, and with a pair of white ribbons. As is typical of Galar Gym Leaders, he wears a blue and black glove along with the Dynamax Wristband.

It is not part of his Pokémon team, nor does it use it to battle. It is a shiny Rotom that Raihan adopted as a SmartRotom to take pictures and upload them to social networks, attracting a large number of viewers. He uses it in the first round of his Pokémon battle against Andy in Trouble x4, partnering with Drakloak. Since its ability is Hydration, this gives it an advantage and allows Raihan to make it recover from hits constantly, both through his ability as well as the Revenge attack. Like half of his Pokémon, he first uses it in the gym battle against Andy. It pairs with Duraludon and manages to subdue Morpeko. In the second battle, it fails to defeat any of Andy's Pokémon, due to Toxtricity and Cinderace team up to defeat it, thanks to Charlie's Bontund's electricity-redirecting technique. It's a fierce Pokémon in battle.

Gigalith

He uses it in the second Gym battle against Andy, replacing Drakloak, to team up with Goodra. Being the only non-Dragon-type Pokémon on his team, Raihan uses it to manipulate the weather to his advantage. Although his strategy seems to work at first, it is soon tied (like Goodra) against Andy's Morpeko and Cufant. It is his strongest and main Pokémon among all the ones he has. It has the Gigamax factor which gives it great strength when battling. In his Gym battle against Andy, he easily manages to defeat his opponent's Raboot and Morpeko. In the second battle, he is subdued by Andy's Toxtricity and Cinderace, due to the latter managing to master its Gigamax factor and, thanks to Toxtricity's Amplification, was able to increase its temperature which led to Duraludon's defeat. It is the seventh Pokémon he reveals, revealing that he keeps his Pokémon team in rotation. He uses it in the semi-finals of the Galar Pokémon Championship, in a Pokémon battle against Hop. It is known to battle Dubwool, but is ultimately defeated by his opponent's Galarian Emboar. It is seen to be a Pokémon with great resilience.
