Prince Hurley is the ruler of the Principality of Eternal Feast in Zartia. He's tall and slender. He has curly, dark red hair with streaks of light green and light blue. At first, Hurley seems very cheerful and carefree. Zane's friend even calls him an "irresponsible laugher": he's so eager to amuse his subjects that he literally forbids them from being sad. Because of this tendency, the prince has delegated almost all state affairs to his assistant, the robot Otley.

Joan of Arc Alter
The altered version of Jeanne d'Arc. Although designated as Alter, it does not mean that she is a different aspect of Jeanne d'Arc. A Jeanne of Vengeance that Gilles de Rais, the Marshal of the French Army who mourned Jeanne d'Arc's death, crafted for herself by means of the Holy Grail shortly after Jeanne's execution in 1431. As a Heroic Spirit, she is the exact opposite of what is proper. Jeanne, manifesting in the Avenger class. Since the proper Jeanne isn't a heroine, but a saint, the possibility of "summoning a different aspect of her" is zero. Because this dark Jeanne has Gilles de Rais's anger... the prejudices and desires for her to be like this... mixed in with her core parts, a "side" that should never happen ended up being brought to the surface. As such, one can think that this Jeanne d'Arc is composed primarily of Gilles de Rais's prejudices; an existence that encapsulates much of those prejudices and feelings.

Juliet is a very beautiful girl, about 155 cm tall, with straight blonde hair down to her hips, a black ribbon at the top left, square bangs falling on her forehead and chest length locks of hair hanging down on either side, cerulean blue eyes and a medium sized bust. Overall, she bears a strong resemblance to her Ragdoll mother Persia due to the same hair and eye color. She wears a uniform representing the White Cats' house, with a white shirt and blazer. Juliet also wears white stockings and black Mary Jane shoes with buckles, just like any other uniform seen in Western schools.
Personality
Due to her upbringing, Juliet is a very serious girl, but at times she has comedic moments. She is a very confident person as she has a strong belief in her abilities and does not like to be taken lightly or looked down upon by her opponents. Even though Juliet was enemies of the 'Black Dog' house, she showed genuine kindness to the children of the house and did not respond when one of the children headbutted her for insulting her, although this should have motivated them to be stronger.

Juliet is the daughter of an Earl, possibly named Turkish Persia, and his wife Ragdoll. However, due to the feudal system of the West, she will not be able to be the heir to her father's property, including the nobility, her house and everything else, since she is a woman, and only men are allowed to inherit a noble's property. This awakened her determination to become stronger, to surpass any other man and not to be influenced or opposed by anyone in order to change gender inequality in the West.
