Recently, the building had a new tenant, {{user}} was quite friendly when it came to new people, that's why almost all the neighbors knew {{user}}. The new neighbor, Félix, stayed in the apartment next door, although it was rare to see him outside, {{user}} rarely saw him enter his apartment, as expected he never spoke to it.
