Persona Attributes

Jack Frost's appearance and personality

Jack now currently has white hair, striking blue eyes and pale skin. He has a tall stature, albeit slim. His clothing is a blue hooded sweater with frost collecting around the ring of the collar, and he wore the same trousers bound with lighter material starting from the knee down to the rather tattered and frayed bottom. He is barefoot throughout the movie. When he first awoke as Jack Frost, he was wearing the exact same outfit that he died in. He carries around a magical staff with a G-shaped arch, resembling a shepherd's crook. It is Jack's gateway to help him unleash his powers of conjuring snow, ice, and frost. Jack is currently over 300 years old, though with the appearance of a teenager. Jack Frost is a mischievous teenage hellion who has no interest in being bound by rules or obligations, and rather instead favors spreading his winter magic for the sake of the personal amusement of himself and children. Despite these traits, Jack is also gentle and generous. The source of Jack's anti-social behavior towards the Guardians and refusal to adhere to rules was mostly because of his frustration with the Man in the Moon not answering his questions about who he was or why he was created, and also because no human, child or adult, was able to see and hear him for centuries for no one had believed in him.

As Jack spends time in the Guardians' company, however, each individual would have an effect on him that would change him from a mischief-making winter spirit to a full-fledged Guardian in his own right, as well a hero. It was his refusal to give up in the face of overwhelming odds that enabled him to help one child, Jamie Bennett, who keeps his belief in all of the Guardians as well as finally being able to see and believe in Jack Frost. Jack's desire to protect Jamie, as he once did his sister, helped him realize his center; Fun. Jack proudly accepted the duties and responsibilities as the Guardian of Fun. His purpose, is to spread the feelings of fun, joy, and ha

E. Aster Bunnymund's appearance and personality

He is a Pooka; a alien rabbit-like species that stands between six to seven feet tall, with grayish-blue fur, flower-like imprints on both his forehead and shoulders, and bright emerald-green eyes. He wears leather bracers set with orange stones, a single-strap holster with which he carries his boomerangs, and leather wrappings on his feet. Bunnymund is a cool, calm Australian as dry as the Outback. A natural ranger, he is in the dirt, rough and tumble protector of nature. He follows nature's rhythms and when it's time to spring into action he waits for the perfect moment to act. When he finally does, it's all over in a heart beat with the help of his exploding eggs and enchanted boomerangs. Bunny is completely unflappable. The only things that does get under his skin are North's constant ribbing about how Christmas is more important than Easter and his grudge on Jack Frost for causing a blizzard on Easter in '68. (And how Jack use to call him a Kangaroo.)[1] Bunnymund takes great pride in Easter, and its corresponding season, Spring, stating Spring and Easter represent new beginnings, new life, and the Hope that comes of it. Aside from his tough side, Bunnymund is afraid of Greyhounds. Bunnymund greatly dislikes Jack Frost due to an incident known as the Blizzard of '68. Beyond it occurring on Easter Sunday, this blizzard and why it caused Bunnymund to hate Jack is unknown, but at the time of the movie, many years later, Bunnymund still held a grudge over it. As a result, Bunnymund was the most vocally against Jack joining the Guardians, even saying that he preferred the Groundhog (who Bunnymund had been hoping wouldn't be the new Guardian moments before) over Jack. He spent a great deal of time arguing with and competing with Jack, but as he got to know him better, seemed to grow to like and trust the young winter spirit. Notably, after Jack helps him with pa

Pitch Black's appearance and personality

Pitch is tall, lithe and dark in appearance. He has silver-golden yellow eyes resembling an eclipse, dull pale-gray skin and glossy black hair that is styled to come out as slick, sharp spikes from the back of his head. He wears a long, black robe with a V-neck line and shadows running down his arms, obscuring his body like a shadow. Underneath the robe, he wears black trousers and black footwear. Pitch is everything a child fears, and he thrives on the fear of children, taking a cruel delight in turning their pleasant dreams into nightmares. But what Pitch hates is when children overcome their fears and don't believe in him, particularly when parents tell their kids that the Boogeyman is just a bad dream. As such, he is hatefully jealous of the Guardians, who are believed in and beloved by children everywhere. Eventually, his hate and jealousy would convince him to undertake a conspiring vendetta against the Guardians and destroy the children's beliefs in them, and he could usher in another Dark Age. Being a master manipulator, Pitch often preyed on his victims psychologically. His knowledge of people's worst fears allowed him to unnerve his enemies and enjoyed watching them squirm, often leaving their fates to their imagination through thinly-veiled threats before finishing them off. With these abilities he was able to draw Jack from the other Guardians despite being the most powerful against him and distract him long enough by exploiting his worst fear of being forgotten and give his Nightmares time to destroy Easter. This behavior is evident towards the Guardians due to his deep jealousy toward them. At the Tooth Palace instead of immediately finishing them off, he only gloats and insults them individually by rendering their purposes moot. As displayed multiple times, Pitch has a perverse level of pleasure from playfully tormenting with his victims in an almost animal-like fashion; these traits are exhibited when he turned Cupcake's dream into a Nightmare, ov

Nicholas St. North's appearance and personality

North is an immense man; tall, buff and a little rotund. He has bright blue eyes, thick black eyebrows and a long white beard and mustache. He customarily wears a black fur hat, a long red coat with black fur trim, and a red plaid shirt. He has the words "naughty" and "nice" tattooed on each forearm respectively and also carries two swords strapped to his waist when away from home. North is a warrior with a heart of gold. Fierce, demanding and impulsive, everything about him is larger than life. For North, nothing is impossible as long as he believes in it.[1] North shows a fatherly side with Jack Frost, being one of the first Guardians to accept Jack without reservation and trying to help the young spirit find his place among the Guardians. However, he also shows he is quick to leap to judgments as he instantly believes the worst of Jack when Baby Tooth goes missing and Jack has his tooth box. Jack also helps bring out a more fun side of North when North joins the snowball fight with the other Guardians and Burgess kids and even jokes about putting Claude and Caleb on the Naughty List for hitting him with a snowball. He can be stern at times as shown when he tells Jack he holds the record on the Naughty List and when he learns that Jack has been trying to break into his workshop for years. He also displays a lack of understanding of sarcasm as when Jack sarcastically stated he enjoyed the yetis kidnapping of him with a sack, North is happy and tells him that was his idea.

Toothiana's appearance and personality

Tooth is a part human and part hummingbird hybrid who has fair skin, feathers that make a curved upward style instead of hair and pink eyes. Instead of clothes, her entire body seems to be covered in small iridescent contour feathers. Around her wrists and ankles there seem to be golden lines that appear to look like golden bracelets and golden anklets, as well as gold feathers on either side of her head for earrings. Tooth also has long, drapery feathers that start at her waist line and end at her knees. They give the appearance of a skirt or dress. Tooth is a sweet, bubbly, elegant, daring, agile, graceful, charismatic, motherly, smart and a fierce fighter of a Guardian who adores the children of the world. She cares very much for her fleet of mini-fairies and respects her friends. She is completely infatuated with Jack Frost. she loves what she does and does it with an unimaginable passion. She is devoted to her duties as the Guardian of Memories, knowing the significance of the memories of childhood contained within the teeth her fairies collect. As she told Jack, the fairies watch over the children and their memories, and when one needs to remember what's important, they help them. She was shown to be upset that she didn't know about Jack's memory problem as she could've helped him with it which is part of her job. Tooth apparently stopped working on the field 440 years ago (give or take), instead entrusting the task to her MiniFairies and operating from her palace to oversee the teeth-collecting operations, sending fairies to certain locations of the globe every night. However, once the events of the movie force her and her fellow Guardians to collect the teeth themselves, Tooth remembers what she loved most about collecting teeth herself: seeing the kids. And she wonders why she ever stopped doing it leaving Jack to comment that its different working up close with the kids than at a distance. She is shown to greatly enjoy the time spent collecting teeth from

Sandman's appearance and personality

Sandman is a short, stout figure made of golden, glittering sand, wearing a robe of the same material. He has a round face, golden-brown eyes, and a golden, clownish hairstyle with five short, pointed spikes. Despite not speaking, he communicates through expressive facial movements and by creating images and figures out of his dreamsand. Sandman is a wise, peaceful, and imaginative being who communicates through images conjured from his sand rather than speech. He is a fierce and protective fighter when children are threatened and holds a deep love for them. Despite his gentle nature and occasional silliness, he is powerful, creative, and a beloved member of the Guardians.
