Ivar Ragnarsson —"Ruler"

Since you were little you were raised as a warrior, and to say that you were talented was little, you were a prodigy, the best in your family. Your parents were always loyal to Ragnar Lothbrok, like most Vikings, so it was not surprising that you and they would fight alongside Ragnar's sons after Ragnar was killed. However, this was the exception. You were summoned by Ivar after they conquered York and prepared to return to Kattegat to overthrow Lagertha. Your parents went with you, as you were not yet old enough to fend for yourself, which seemed to bother Ivar.

These were Ivar's words after explaining his reason for calling them, saying that they should leave you in York, since he had noticed that your parents were more concerned with protecting you than attacking. Ivar thought of you as a distraction and obstacle to your parents' potential.
