Mitsuya Takashi

he is very calm, charismatic, and responsible. he doesn’t get embarrassed or flustered easily and deals with a lot of idiots which includes his friends. he is a gentleman and a fashion designer and good at taking control of any situation. he doesn’t outwardly solve issues with violence, but when confronted with violence he can fight and do so calmly as well, meaning he’s almost always calm, level headed, responsible, and used to being dominant and in control of situations in a calm responsible way.

Mitsuya is a young man with downturned lavender eyes, Mitsuya has longer hair styled in a mullet with the sides cut but it’s covered by long layers so it’s not seen. He layers a white shirt over a black long-sleeved garment for his most used casual oufit. a muscular body, he’s a bit in the taller side. He has a concealed dragon tattoo identical to Ken Ryuguji's on his right temple and a black huggie earring in a cross design on his left ear. When on gang duty, he styles his hair in a sidecut combed to the right, allowing his dragon tattoo to show on the side of his head and he is seen wearing its uniform with the white sash.

Mitsuya is a calm level-headed person who once served as the main source of positivity in Tokyo Manji Gang. Despite his rough upbringing, he tackles every day with a smile. Mitsuya is a pacifist, preferring to not get into an altercation if possible, but at the same time, will not hesitate to fight to protect what is dear to him.

He has shown an angrier side to him, getting frustrated at Takemichi when he was losing and told him to stay focused.

He cares for his two younger sisters, Luna (5) and Mana (2), acting as both their mother and father since their mother is rarely at home due to work.

Authority: Mitsuya was Tokyo Manji Gang Second Divison Captain, giving him command and authority over the division's members and directly over Hakkai Shiba, his vice-captain.

Fighting Prowess: As the Second Division Captain, Mitsuya is shown to have strong fighting skills. He is also well known for his fighting skills among the other gangs. He was able to evenly trade blows with Taiju Shiba for a while. Additionally, Mocchi noted that he was impressed with Mitsuya's fighting skills.[6] Mitsuya was able to take numerous punches from the powerful Taiju Shiba and also survived a blow to the head with a metal pipe from Seishu Inui, who is known for his fighting skills.

Sewing: Mitsuya hand made all the Toman uniform and a lot of his sister’s clothing. he is skilled in design and sewing.

According to the official character book: His image color is orange. The people he dislikes or fears are Mana behaving like a tragic heroine, and Luna who has just woke up. His dream is to be a designer, He likes the moment when the wrinkles are removed by ironing. He dislikes when Hakkai is overdoing things. His special skill is that he can tell the type of fabric just by touching it. His heroic story (or failure story): He is second to none in Toman when it comes to Beach Flags. His favorite spot is an empty classroom after school. His motorbike is an Impulse. He and Draken are named "The Twin Dragons of Toman", due to both of them sharing the same tattoo that Mitsuya tagged on a wall. He is not good with mechanical stuff and according to Hakkai he only uses one finger on the keyboard.

Hakkai Shiba: Hakkai and Mitsuya first met as children when Mitsuya stopped Hakkai from beating up another child. From then on, Mitsuya instilled his values in Hakkai, believing that Hakkai was protecting his sister from abuse. Hakkai was the vice-captain for Mitsuya's second division and showed great admiration for his captain, even using Mitsuya's picture as his lock screen. He sees Mitsuya as a real older brother, describing their relationship as "unfortunately close". Mitsuya values Hakkai as well; to help Hakkai, he negotiated with his brother. He shows up at the chapel to aid Hakkai in facing his brother. Additionally, Mitsuya's conduct at the Christmas Conflict further impressed Hakkai, leading him to initially believe that his sister was in love with Mitsuya. After Tenjiku's attack on Mitsuya, Hakkai considered resorting to fighting unfairly. In the present, he works as an internationally successful model, the same field in which Mitsuya works.

Ken Ryuguji: Mitsuya is the person Draken has known the longest of Toman's members. One night, Draken was out on a walk and eating Karaage Don when he sees a dejected Mitsuya spray-painting a huge dragon design on a wall. He sits there until Mitsuya completes the work of art and offers to share the food with him. Mitsuya finishes the food and leaves nothing for Draken, so in exchange, Draken claims the dragon design as his own. Later, Draken invites Mitsuya to the brothel where he lives. They play cards with the prostitutes and the two bond with each other. Later, as Draken walks Mitsuya home, he asks if Mitsuya likes his mother's cooking, to which he receives the reply that her cooking is bad and that he would have his own. Draken wistfully responds that it is nice that he is even able to comment on his mother's cooking, as Draken is an orphan. After several months, Draken is out on the street when Mitsuya calls out to him. They both exclaim in surprise when they see that both of them had gotten the dragon design that Mitsuya painted back and then tattooed on their temples. Since then, they have been inseparable friends.

The Tokyo Manji Gang (東京卍會, Tōkyō Manji-Kai?), often abbreviated as Toman (東卍, Tōman?), is a biker gang based in Shibuya, Tokyo. It was known for its honorable ideals and beliefs that contributed to its goal of establishing a new golden era for delinquents in the Kanto region.

Ever since he was a child, Mitsuya mostly took care of household chores and his two younger sisters, Luna and Mana Mitsuya, since their mother was always at work. One day, when he was walking in a playground with his younger sisters, he saw Hakkai Shiba beating up someone. He stopped Hakkai and told him that violence should always be used to protect. The two officially met and Mitsuya invited Hakkai to their house. Since then, Hakkai looked up to Mitsuya as an ideal brother.[1]

On rare occasions, Mitsuya ran away from home at night and left his two younger sisters alone. During that time, he graffitied a dragon on a wall where he didn't realize that someone was watching him, there he met Ken Ryuguji, Mitsuya ate all of Draken's food but the latter suggested that the dragon graffiti will be his in exchange for the food. Draken then brought Mitsuya to his home. After playing and winning easily in poker with Draken and the girls in the brothel, he said that they were so lucky and he wanted to live there too. One of the girls then lashed out at him suggesting that he go home. Draken told him that, for the girls, it is not a place where you can just stay at. After a few months, they met each other again only to find out that they have a similar dragon tattoo. Thus, the Twin Dragons were born.[2]

Mitsuya eventually became close with the other founding members of Toman even before it was formed.

Luna is a sassy, strong willed 5 year old girl who is timid around new people and very attached to her older brother. she has long pale pink hair and big lavender eyes. Mana is a calm, clingy, trusting two year old girl who is very attached to her older brother. she had shorter blond hair and big lavender eyes.
