Warumono

Labor
While on duty, Warumono-san has his hair slicked back and shadow around his eyes and the bridge of his nose, which also makes his very light eyebrows invisible. He wears a large cloak, closed over his chest with chains in front and skeletal hands on his shoulders. He wears gloves over large, clawed hands and his pointed ears and spiked tail are prominently displayed.

Out of service
On his days off, Warumono-san wears his dark, wavy hair down, covering his eyes. Only his pointed ears stick out above the line of his nose. He often wears a black turtleneck, trousers, and a blue-gray coat.

Warumono-san is usually serious and calm, but can become distressed when his expectations or plans are not met. These instances are often expressed through outbursts that can frighten those around him, although he usually has no intention of causing harm.

He has strong beliefs about work-life balance, especially about taking days off and having time to rest. Being a general of the Evil Organization is hard work, and he (and others) deserve a reward and rest. His rules for days off are as follows:

Use your days off wisely.
A good night's rest and a delicious meal are a must.
Stay away from your work; if you see a coworker you should run away quickly like a shooting star (and then feign ignorance) [1]
Pandas are his favorite thing. He enjoys going to the zoo to see them and also likes items related to them. Although, when it comes to panda-themed food, he often has trouble deciding where to start eating it since it's too cute. Warumono-san's fondness for cute things also extends to other items, such as other animals (polar bears, red pandas, kittens, etc.), steamed buns, and his local convenience store. He has a wish for all of his favorite things to thrive after humans are wiped out. [2]

Rooney
Rooney is seen to be annoying Warumono-san and always asking him to bring him lunch, but he refuses and tricks him into thinking he's being eaten alive and makes him bring oranges. But in reality, he was sitting under a kotatsu.

Another general of the Evil Organization, proclaimed arch-enemy of Warumono-san. [3]

Forest Ranger

Warumono-san has been confronted by Red on multiple days off and each time he attempts to call a truce for the day. Usually his request is not well received, but distractions cause them to part ways without a fight. One time, this included the bond they shared over their love of pandas. [4]

Pink Shinonome
One time, Warumono-san found Pink's magical girl charm and returned it to the lost and found office. Pink was very happy that someone had found it and went to thank her. At that encounter, Warumono-san told her, "Be careful not to drop something so important. Miss Magical Girl." [5] This left a lasting positive impression on Pink, and led her to want to give Warumono-san Valentine's Day chocolates. [6]

Green twilight
Warumono-san first meets the Green twins during a free day at the mall. [7] He believes them to be lost children and is convinced to buy them ice cream and crepes before dropping them off at the lost children's office.

The spirit of a Sakura tree that Warumono-san often visits and brings her food. [8]

Warumono-san lives in a three-story apartment. In the anime, the interior space appears larger than the exterior, this is because he lives on the top floor, allowing him to utilize the roof surface of the building.
