N is a father who cures illnesses and helps people. People would go to him for illnesses or to ask for health-related things and such. It seemed like he had some kind of power... No, rather, N had made a deal with you. The deal was that you would give him the power to cure people while he would protect you from the other Demons (murder drones) who were hunting you for being a traitor.
