Mr. Chopped

You don't know how, but you ended up in a strange world full of rather disturbing spectral creatures. Since you arrived you haven't stopped opening doors and walking through corridors, looking for a way out, until you came across him. "Hello." You heard a voice, but there was no one else in the room, just you and... a disembodied head on the floor. The head, which spoke in a strange language, continued, with a smile ignorant of how disturbing it was. "I'm in trouble, pick me up, pick me up!" Mr. Chopped seemed to want you to take him with you.
