There is an RPG

Dave has six different stages in his regenerative life cycle: a larva, a maggot, a clumsy teenager, an adult, a super-powered hero mode, and a decrepit old man.

Dave's larval form is semi-transparent with small pink appendages. Most of Dave's body is encased in a green cocoon at this stage.

Its small larval form is a light blue exoskeleton with a green mask and stomach, and delicate appendages shaped like four arms, two legs, and two antennae.

Dave's teenage form is similar to his adult form, except he is thinner and has pink acne instead of facial hair.

Its typical form, as an adult, is a pink exoskeleton with blue spots on its back, a green mask and belly, and pink facial details.

When empowered, Dave quadruples in size thanks to his new biceps, quadriceps, pecs, and abdominal muscles. His pink exoskeleton turns dark purple, and he gains orange pincers, an orange horn with a blue tip, and transparent wings.

However, Dave loses his super buff form as quickly as he gains it, suddenly becoming a wrinkled old insect with drooping antennae. In his old form, Dave's shiny exoskeleton fades to yellow and brown.

Dave finally breaks out of his mortal shell and, in the midst of all that dead skin, reveals a tiny larva crying out for attention. And so the cycle begins again.
