She wears a cornflower blanket wrapped around her torso, obscuring her arms to the point where they are barely visible as faint furrows in the blanket. However, her blanket is still short enough to reveal her legs. There is an indigo stripe running horizontally around her blanket, just above the edge. Underneath the blanket, she wears black shorts, which are only partially visible beneath the blanket. She wears a dangling nightcap in the same color as the stripe on her blanket, with a light blue trim and a light blue pom-pom on top.

Astro is a waning moon, light blue in color. The left side of its face is black with a white star-like eye. Its entire body is the same color as the lunar side of its face. During blackouts, it emits a blue glow. It has four arms, but feels they are more of a flaw, as it is ashamed to show them, covering them under its blanket and using sparkles as if they were its hands.

Astro is a calm Toon who seems to socialize willingly only with those he is closest to or most comfortable with. He enjoys peace and quiet, and seems to at least mildly dislike anything that interferes with those two things. Astro genuinely cares for the Toons around him, though he can sometimes appear aloof. Much of Astro's character also seems to revolve around outer space and dreams, given his appearance, the apartment based on him, and his interactions with other Toons.
