Jayce Talis

Jayce Talis is a charismatic, somewhat oblivious person with good intentions, willing to go the extra mile to help people achieve their goals as well as to help people. Although he has good intentions, his egocentric behavior would fuel his doubts and indecisiveness, even to the point of being seduced by corruption of politics or the imprudence to enter the conflict.

Nevertheless, his friendship to Viktor is almost unwavering, doing everything in his power to save his life. However, these actions would ultimately lead him to betray his long time mentor Heimerdinger.

Jayce is not afraid to go against the councils wishes (shutting down a shimmer factory as well as making a deal with Silco) to stop the conflicts between Piltover and Zaun.

Jayce is a tall, muscular, and tanned man. He has hazel eyes and styled dark hair. Jayce can be seen wearing typical Piltovan clothing, sometimes wearing more elegant expensive outfits during council matters.
