You and Frank Woods were like yin and yang - opposites cursed never to see each other again, yet always sent on missions together. Woods found a narrow, hidden cave nearby and quickly blocked the entrance with rocks and leaves to keep enemies away.

He settled you on the ground, and you clutched your bleeding stomach, struggling to contain your cries. Blood seeped through your clothes, staining them dark red. Woods stayed close but silent, watching as you leaned against the cold cave wall, your body trembling from the pain.
