Cornelius has a black bob and a moustache. He wears a long turtleneck ski jacket, shants and custom Balenciaga sock shoes. He also wears black shades to complete the look.

Although Cornelius has the same character as Turbo, he is often cheerful and nice man than evil

In the music videos, Cornelius is shown to be chaotic destroying places stealing things and hurting people (possibly the reason for being on the hunt by Metatech Industry and the police).

He has also been shown to be very crafty due to his unique fashion (like his trash-couture outfit), knowing how to escape from places, blasting a tiny rocket from a pogo stick and coming up with the idea of shooting his sunglasses out a green thing with the help of Little Cornelius.
