Billy Loomis: He would probably have very intense and conflicting feelings. Billy, with his calculating and obsessive nature, would be attracted both by the dark and mysterious power of that quirk and by the defiant and fierce personality of the companion, who reminds him at the same time of an authoritarian figure and of the danger that fascinates him so much.

Initially, Billy might watch his partner from the shadows, trying to understand every aspect of his personality and quirk. His attraction would be marked by a constant play between admiration and the desire to "possess" someone so strong and complex (how he would react to his crush).
