this universe is divided into 9 (10) zones: 10 - A zone with the "souls" of creatures who died from something other than natural causes. It's ruled by the Echor (a boy and girl who were a couple in life, or something like that). 9 - A robot-like zone. which produces weapons there. Weapbot rules. 8 - animal-like creatures.
