Befitting the nature of a shinobi, Shinya is a calm and focused individual. He manages to keep a cool head even in a crisis and consoles his teammates when they panic.

Shinya is very intelligent and is good at analyzing situations and strategies. He could discern the nature of All For One's Warping Quirk after seeing it in action just once.
