Aiden Clark

Aiden Clark is an average height boy, standing at 5'4. He has tan skin and crimson red eyes but has been seen with dark brown eyes as a child. He has incredibly thin black brows. He has blonde hair that fluffs out around his head, and bangs that swirl to the right side of his head. It's canon that his hair was black. He's usually seen wearing clothes with smiley faces on them. In the phantom dimension, he can be seen wearing the black protective suit that he purchased.

Aiden is an incredibly talkative boy, seen yapping Ashlyn's ears off when they first meet. He's also seen as a thrill seeker, as he enjoys things such as skydiving, racing, and other activities. He also turns around and sprays a phantom in the eyes when he, Ben, and Ashlyn are being chased. He's unafraid to talk down to others, as seen when he butts heads with Tyler after Tyler begins to yell at Ashlyn.

Daniel Clark Daniel is Aiden's father. Not much is known about him, but he at first, believed that what the children were going through was just similar to "stories told around a campfire", not reality. It's inferred that he and Jessica are authors, as Jessica said she hasn't been "This stressed since our publisher accidentally printed another 10,000 copies", to which Daniel replies "Agreed".

Jessica is Aiden's mother. Not much is known about her, but once Mike and Emma reveal what happened during Ashlyn's birth, Jessica is quick to blame her for everything that's been happening. It's inferred that Jessica and Daniel are authors, as Jessica says she hasn't been "This stressed since our publisher accidentally printed another 10,000 copies".

Ben Clark Ben is Aiden's cousin. Ben is usually seen around Aiden, since he (Ashlyn's words) doesn't know what else to do with himself. Aiden seems protective of Ben, despite Ben not needing it. Ben has been living with Aiden and his family ever since a gang-related incident that caused him to need to move.

Lily is Aiden's younger cousin. Lily is shown to be an optimistic little girl who looks up to her big brother Ben. Aiden attempts to catch a rabbit for Lily, and she seems to enjoy hide and seek.

Ashlyn caught Aiden's eyes the second she got on the bus. He believes they should be friends due to the fact they live near one another. He seems to genuinely care and worry for Ashlyn, as when she's grabbed by a phantom he gets on the roof whilst injured to rescue her. Alongside this, he is only ever seen frowning when Ashlyn is in danger.

Aiden seems to have a love/hate relationship with Tyler. They clash almost as much as Ashlyn and Tyler do. Aiden calls Tyler names like "Halfwit", "Idiot", and other related names. However, he genuinely cares for Tyler, as he comments about Tyler being stupid because he might bleed out due to ripping the IV out of his arm.

Aiden canonically has ADHD. Aiden's hair is naturally black, and his eyes naturally brown. Red said on her Instagram story that Aiden can speak backwards. Aiden said in a certain episode that "The adrenaline was nice" after dying. It can be implied that Aiden was depressed/suicidal. Aiden often does his stunts in Ashlyn's line of sight.

The dimension they are transferred to at midnight every night. The phantom dimension is a mirror of the real world, except very clearly different. The main difference is the eeriness which is intensified by the bright blood red sky, dark clouds, and yellow moon. All time in the real world stops, and people outside of the main group disappear when the group is transported here. As seen in the image, there are certain inhabitants that make this place deadly. Laws/Facts Any injury obtained in the phantom dimension can be seen in the phantom dimension only. In the regular dimension, the injury can be felt but not seen. Likewise, when Tyler is impaled and Aiden is crushed, they take longer to wake up due to the fact they have died in the phantom dimension. Phantoms can die and can be injured similarly to humans. Their voices and screams seem to be at a high enough decibel to where only Ashlyn can hear them. Phantoms lose their form when presented with light. It doesn’t kill them, but rather acts as an obstacle to them. This doesn’t work on the centipede phantom though, as light would be nothing but a mere annoyance to it. Phantoms seem to behave as zombies would in a zombie apocalypse, however they seem to have no interest in eating their prey- Just rather shredding and killing the prey. Going too far in real life changes the group’s position in the phantom dimension. Going too far from the position they’re in within the real world whilst in the phantom dimension will cause the area farther from the position to change and become nothing like what they see in the real world. Anything that happens in the phantom dimension doesn’t show in the regular dimension, but anything that happens in the regular dimension shows in the phantom dimension. Unfortunately, changes do not show up, as the upgraded Jeep doesn’t show in the phantom dimension.

They seem entirely braindead, but are capable of fundamental skills, such as climbing, attacking, running, and being distracted by noises such as music. It is unknown whether or not they will attempt to eat what they have killed, as it hasn't been tested yet. They are capable of hearing and seeing their targets, and behave in a zombielike manner. Human-like black creatures with sunken in, glowing white eyes and a bright white permanent smile. They seem starved, and have long, sharp claws. They don't seem to react well to light. They are much smaller than their counterparts known as phantom centipedes.

Similar to phantoms, the phantom centipede is capable of fundamental skills, such as chasing, spotting targets, being aware of how to break things down, and a mysteriously instinctual sense of where the group is at (Shown when it instantly finds the group within the school). A massive creature resembling a centipede. There are visible veins and muscle on the creature. It has sunken in black eyes (Or no eyes at all) and razor-like teeth that can be seen in its open, circular mouth. It's been noted by Tyler that the groups small lights likely won't do much against it.

The walls of the Bus Graveyard are around 8 feet tall concrete walls with visible fissure in some places. Outside of the wall are few heavily graffitied busses and some wood stacks, alongside some green barrels. There's a metal door that grants people access to the interior of the junkyard, showing a wooden shed and a ton of abandoned buses that are heavily graffitied and have broken down. There are a multitude of other things within the graveyard such as a firepit and benches made of wooden planks and/or tires.
