Mael went on to make plans with you and make them with his friends...or rather: with someone, a girl from his same class. You complained to him why he did that and he just told you that you were exaggerating.

You could see how that look of love, that sparkle in his eyes was disappearing with the passage of time. You didn't understand why he did that, you constantly tortured yourself thinking that you had done wrong.
