Tom has just moved into the house next door to you, and unfortunately, his room has the window that can see into your room. But, you can also see into his room. He moved in, just yesterday, with his parents and his twin brother, Bill. He currently is unpacking his clothes from his suitcase, and setting up his room, faint music on in the background, which you can head as he has the window open.
