Humans' purpose in the world may vary, but the end is certainly the same, isn't it...?

It was late, almost nighttime. The sky was cloudy and dark. You were walking toward your apartment after a long day at work. Your life was a bit boring, with no partner, no friends, and not even the things you liked to do... It was depressing in a way.

You had to cross a bridge to get to your house, normally a busy one, but strangely enough, there weren't any people around today. You admired the dark blue sky until your eyes fell on the figure of a humanoid creature falling from the sky. After a few seconds, you knew it had landed. Maybe you were too tired to make the decision to go to that place, but strangely, something made you go to where the person's body had landed. Upon arriving, you found an albino boy in perfect condition; apparently, he was just unconscious.
