The future conqueror of young hearts was born on February 20, 1996 in the city of Kyzyl (Tuva Republic). Surprisingly, this had little effect on little Gleb: as a child, he was not interested in music. Viktorov's first conscious interest in music was at the age of 13: he tried rapping. At that time, however, he was not drawn to the stage: the young artist was much more interested in cinema. Having tried himself in both fields, Gleb came to the conclusion that making music was both easier and cheaper.

And he started beatmaking when he was 16.

At that time — from 2015 to 2017 — trap rose to the top of the Russian mainstream. Musicians like Pharaoh, ATL, Markul and others began to fill huge halls, and Viktorov wanted to be like them.

As in any business, success did not come to him right away. At that time, the beatmaker sent his works to various musicians and continued to study until the activity began to bring him some income. His parents, seeing their son's passion, supported his endeavor and bought the necessary equipment. Having achieved moderate success, Gleb began experimenting with house music, and after that began adding his own vocals to the tracks.

And then a special event happened in Gleb Viktorov's life: he heard the band Nirvana and realized that he needed to make rock. The musician was very inspired by the triumph of the band "Poshlaya Molly" and the rock artist MUKKA: looking at them, our hero realized that rock is alive and well. Three Days of Rain's first big claim to popularity was the single "Autumn and Alcohol", released in 2019. It was followed by the tracks "Run from Me", "Trumble" (featuring lowlife) and "Habit". In 2020, Three Days of Rain released their debut mini-album "Ashes", which included the above-mentioned songs, as well as several new ones.

It turns out that Three Days of Rain anticipated the nostalgic trend that Wildways picked up in 2023. In 2022, the band continued to build a fan base and delight the existing one. Thus, the album "Baypolar" was released, which included feats with the same Lali, rappers Brutto, Lyriq, as well as with pop singer Zivert - Gleb had long dreamed of collaborating with her. In general, it seemed that everyone loved "Three Days of Rain", dreams come true and only the brightest future awaited them.

Spring 2023 started off well for Gleb. Forbes published a list of the 30 most promising young musicians, and the lead singer of TDD was included. This was followed by an invitation to take part in the Petrovsky Assemblies festival - and this, you must admit, for a young musician who has not been at the top for even five years, is a downright royal honor.

However, what seemed like a promising start was interrupted by news that Gleb Viktorov had completely lost control of himself. Serious mental problems became obvious at a concert in Yekaterinburg in June 2023: when he went on stage, the lead singer did not sing and showed no interest in the assembled fans. As soon as Three Days of Rain returned to Moscow, Gleb was sent to rehab.

Since then, the musician has managed to make himself known by releasing the album melancholia. It is dedicated to those whom Gleb Viktorov met in a rehabilitation clinic: that is, in essence, it is based on the stories of real people. As the artist noted in an interview, now he is not sure that he will sing about personal experience, because it is too painful - and he simply, as they say, "can't handle it."

Gleb Viktorov was born on February 20, 1996 in Kyzyl, Tuva Republic. He was the only child in the family, so he felt responsible not only for his future, but also for his parents. Gleb was raised in a creatively developed family. His father is an artist, and his mother plays the dombra. After the birth of the child, the parents began to do business. Famous musicians, writers and other artists often came to visit the Viktorovs. As a teenager, Gleb became interested in the work of the group Nirvana.

When the young man turned 16, he left his parents' house. When choosing a profession, Viktorov considered between cinematography and music. As a result, he came to the conclusion that it was much easier to achieve success in the second direction. For about 5 years, the guy created beats and sold them to rappers. Gleb felt indebted to his parents, who bought him expensive musical equipment.

Although Gleb is not yet 30, his personal life has already become overgrown with speculation, rumors and melodramatic legends. For example, you can come across information that Gleb Viktorov was married to a girl with whom he dated for six years. At the wedding, as storytellers say, he fell in love with her friend, left his wife and only later found out that his new passion had three more like him. This allegedly led the musician to problems with alcohol. Whoever came up with this, we hope that this person stopped watching melodramas for unmarried housewives.

The artist really did have a lover, Dasha, with whom Gleb was even married. They broke up in the summer of 2021, but got back together a few months later. It is unclear whether there was a third person in this relationship. The musician did not share details in his interviews - you can only get an impression of this story on his social networks.

The name of another of Gleb's girlfriends is also known. Her name is Diana Aster, she is a blogger from Voronezh. It is unclear how long they were together, but news of their breakup appeared in October 2023. However, there is accurate information that Diana supported the singer during his treatment and defended him from haters, even when he publicly insulted her. It later turned out that he did this while in an inadequate state, and, apparently, the girl forgave him.

Alcohol addiction haunted Viktorov throughout his short musical career. According to the artist, he always drank during tours to cope with the busy schedule.

The logical outcome was an incident that occurred on June 4, 2023, at a concert of the group "Three Days of Rain" in Yekaterinburg. Gleb went on stage in an inadequate state, barely able to stand on his feet. At some point, he even fell, but tried to sing lying down. Ultimately, the organizers took the singer off the stage. All subsequent concerts were cancelled, and the group's activities were suspended for an indefinite period.

On June 20, the artist went to rehab. And at the beginning of autumn, he appeared on stage for the first time after this incident, performing at a closed event of the IZBA label, of which he is a member. The singer performed the band's famous tracks and also presented a new video "Za Krai". In September, on the show "Vpiska", Viktorov admitted that he was under the influence of illegal substances at that ill-fated concert in Yekaterinburg. According to the performer, he asked to cancel the concert, as he felt unwell due to alcohol, but the organizers refused - people were already waiting for the performance, and he took drugs. All this led to a scandalous situation on stage, when Gleb could not stand on his feet.

Rehabilitation was good for the frontman of Three Days of Rain. That same fall, Three Days of Rain presented its new album Melancholia, for which Gleb came up with almost all the compositions in rehab. According to the author, this creation, for which he needed "a guitar, a notebook, and anxiety," is about himself and his addiction. Viktorov himself compared this work to the rapper Guf's thunderous disc "City of Roads."

By the end of 2023, the band once again began to delight fans with fiery performances. The band ended the year with a powerful tour, traveling through two dozen cities - from Yaroslavl to Omsk.

Viktorov is known for his turbulent personal life, which has seen many dramas and tragedies. In 2018, he married Daria Kashina, whom he had been dating for more than six years. Unfortunately, the marriage was unhappy, primarily because the young family had financial difficulties. Gleb worked as a taxi driver and spent his free time in the studio, where he recorded an album. There was not enough money to live on, so Viktorov's parents helped the couple. His wife did not believe in his success, and the marriage soon fell apart. However, financial difficulties and lack of support from his wife Dasha were far from the main problems of the young family. The main reason for the divorce was Gleb's love for his wife's friend. Moreover, he experienced a strong feeling at his own wedding, seeing the girl for the first time at the celebration.

Unfortunately, this relationship brought Viktorov too much grief. The new chosen one became his main muse - the album "When You Open Your Eyes" is dedicated to her, in particular the song "All Because of You". The lovers got together and broke up several times until the musician found out that there were three more girls like him. The betrayal of his muse plunged Viktorov into a prolonged depression, and he began to drink heavily. The artist's psychological problems also added to the problem: at 23, he was diagnosed with bipolar disorder. In addition, he suffers from panic attacks that occur during withdrawal. It seems to him that he is about to die, and alcohol helps to drown out this fear. As a result, according to Gleb, it is a vicious circle. In early June 2023, Viktorov confessed his love to blogger Diana Aster (real name - Dmitrieva). He posted a photo of a kiss on his Telegram channel, and then suddenly began to insult the girl. As it turned out later, the musician was drunk at the time. Diana supported her chosen one both during his stay in rehab after a scandalous performance under the influence of alcohol and during the rehabilitation period. However, in the fall of 2023, the couple broke up, thanking each other for the experience they had gained.

The musician suffers from aerophobia and only flies on planes as a last resort. Gleb names the dystopian novel 1984 by George Orwell as the book that changed his life. He also recommends the bestseller The Reader by German lawyer and writer Bernhard Schlink. He also liked the film adaptation of the same name starring Kate Winslet and Ralph Fiennes. The drama The Shawshank Redemption, directed by Frank Darabont based on the novel by Stephen King, left the most vivid impression on Viktorov. He has watched this film more than 60 times because of the therapeutic effect it has on him. And after seeing the arthouse drama I Killed My Mother by Xavier Dolan, Gleb wanted to become a director himself. He also admires the works of Christopher Nolan, especially the sci-fi blockbuster Interstellar, which he watched twice: on the day of the premiere and the next morning. Among Russian directors, the leader of Three Days of Rain singles out Alexei Balabanov, who shot one of his favorite films, the thriller Cargo 200, which participated in the out-of-competition program of the Venice Film Festival. Contrary to popular belief, the band did not get its name from the American film adaptation of Anton Chekhov's stories with Peter Falk and Jason Patrick. The musician was told about the Krasnoyarsk club "Three Days of Rain" by his sister, and he simply liked the catchy phrase, although at first he was worried that he would be criticized for the analogy with the Canadian rock band Three Days Grace.
