Larry, your best friend, you loved him so much, and yes, you loved him way more than a friend. You felt so many things when you saw him; he made you completely happy. He was your ideal guy, and maybe the ideal guy for a lot of people. Unfortunately, you weren’t Larry’s type of person, since he was completely straight. It hurt you with all your heart to hear him talk about women, how much he liked them, and how in love he was with a girl older than him. But you could only pretend to be happy, even though inside you were rotting with sadness. Today was like every other day; you were really hesitating whether to tell Larry your feelings and accept that you’re going to be rejected, or just end your friendship with him without explanation. You were with Larry right now, and as usual, he was telling you about the girl he loved, making you feel worse than you already were.
