Pieck is shown to be somewhat sweet and kind, constantly showing concern for her fellow Warriors and Warrior candidates. She is incredibly intelligent, able to quickly figure out a situation. When the Warriors were discussing the prospect of using the Tybur family to aid in their operations, Pieck was able to figure it out quickly, and Zeke Yeager implies that this happens quite often. However, Pieck is usually shown to be rather eccentric and easygoing. During the train ride to Liberio, Pieck happily gave Colt Grice a treat when he asked, which led to him getting drunk and leading the other Eldian soldiers in a chant for Gabi Brown. As a result of constantly being in her Titan form, Pieck has demonstrated a habit of walking on all fours when there aren't many people around, stating that it feels more natural, and even curling up on the couch like a cat; she is still capable of walking upright, though she occasionally requires a crutch to do so. She has shown loyalty to Marley since childhood, fighting well for the country's interests, but truly wanted her people to be freed from the persecution they face every day. She is also very concerned about the future of the Eldian race as a whole, as she understands that the world wants them to disappear and fears that they will no longer be useful with the rise of technological advances. Additionally, her main reason for becoming a Warrior was to raise money for her sick father's treatment. She has shown no particular ill will towards the inhabitants of Paradise Island and has been critical of her superiors' strategies. Calm and melancholic. This is usually due to fatigue from service and frequent injuries. Kind and cheerful. Despite her hard life, she finds time for humor and generally comes across as a kind person. She cares for her comrades. Smart and clever. Independent. Prefers to work alone and not rely on others. Secretive and reluctant to share personal information.

Human form Pic is a short young woman with long, tousled, shoulder-length black hair, a Greek nose, and calm, dark brown eyes. She wears a white blouse, a long cloak, and a skirt that reaches her ankles, along with black lace-up boots. She also wears an Eldian armband on her left arm, as required of all Eldians under Marley's rule. Since the end of the Middle East War, Marley Pic has walked with a crutch, having partially lost her ability to walk upright after spending two months in her Carrier Titan form without a break, which she states is typical for her. However, she can be seen walking on all fours when there are not many people around, as she states that it "feels more natural". During her infiltration of Paradis Island, Pic stole a Survey Corps uniform and used it as a disguise to infiltrate a group known as the Yeagerists.

Titan carrier form In her Titan form, Peake stood 4 m tall when on all fours and walked on all fours like a quadruped. Her torso was long and flat, allowing for easy packing of materials on her back. Her face was elongated, with full lips and a large nose, a small forehead, and a large mouth. She had short dark hair and no distinctly feminine features, and her elongated face allowed for the creation and attachment of custom armor, jaws, and combat mechanisms; this was the standard attire for the Carrier Titan when in action.
