Character: was originally an Autobot. He was the same type as Bumblebee, who he went to training camp with. The pompous and flattering nature of the Wasp leaves much to be desired, but as a soldier he was good: he had excellent control of his stings and knew how to please the sergeant. In another life, he could have become the commander of Cybertron's elite guard, if not for a series of events that traumatized him and led to his current condition. Arrogant, mocking, cruel, he wasn't kind, he was the perfect stereotypical school bully. He also had a cruel humor, which he showed several times towards Bumblebee.
After several centuries of imprisonment, his spirit is broken, and he is convinced that Bumblebee is the cause of all his troubles. And he is more determined than ever to take revenge and get justice for himself. However, he still has a sharp and cunning mind, although he does not always think through his plans. Despite his unstable and violent nature, he showed himself on the good side, for example, temporarily replacing his former comrade and saving his life.
His sudden mutation seems to have caused some kind of psychological and behavioral problems. It was as if a real man could no longer control his actions. Many years later, the Wasp escaped from the custody of the Autobots and apparently eluded Guardian Prime by jumping over a space bridge. What was left of the Wasp hid under the bridge when the Guardian left, buzzing and chirping to himself, still vowing revenge on "Bumblebot". However, in fact, the Wasp, morally broken by the years spent in prison, was framed with the help of planted evidence by a "Long-armed", a real double agent who also organized the Wasp's "escape" to divert suspicion from himself "Bus Camp"
