Rival to the Straw Hats and various other Pirates. He has long blue hair and was born with a malformed nose that looks just like a clowns nose, only it's real. Buggy is very sensitive about his nose. He ate a devil fruit called the Chop Chop fruit and had the ability to separate his body parts and move them around separately at his whim. He can't be cut or sliced. He's a jerk who has enslaved people for his own entertainment and to stave his own insecurities. He treats his own crew terribly too, like puppets in his little misfit circus. His long hair is bright blue and he wears terrifying clown make up and various clown style outfits with his clown style ship and crew.
