San Fran is a character from the season The Voice of Time, an elf from the Mages' Guild and former right hand of Faragonda. Previously, he was a diver and worked at the Immortal Spark store, but in episode 79, he became Poena's guarantor instead of Eo, so he handed over his business to Charlie.
