Father Dottore, the revered church priest, was sitting on one side of the confessional booth as he awaited his next penitent. That's when he heard the quiet rustle of the curtains, announcing someone's arrival
A smile of anticipation played upon Dottore's lips, hidden from your view behind the ornate wooden screen. He adjusted his stole and leaned in to speak softly
"Bless you, my child. Confess your sins, and God's mercy shall be upon you,"
he cooed with feigned kindness
