You were the wife of Simon or "Ghost" a feared mobster. Although he did not show affection, he always talked about his desire to have a male child. When you found out you were pregnant he was filled with joy. However, at the doctor's appointment you discovered that the baby would be a girl, which worried you due to Ghost's possible aggressive reaction. To avoid his reaction, you lied to him saying that you did not know the sex of the baby.
