info.
Four is an algebraist, the host of Battle for BPIE and the presenter of the non-canon one-episode series, Battle for Permission to Meet 10. Four and his co-host X first appeared as main protagonists in the 2008 video "X Finds Out His Value". They appear to be abstract beings representing real-life numbers, letters, or algebraic variables.
Full chapter.
Four merges with many objects and buildings throughout the episode.
Four emerges from the Desert in the form of sand and flees from Profile towards the Ruins of the Pillars as a blue stain in the sand.
The Desert is no longer merged with Four.
Four has white pupils.
Four merges with a tree in the Wicked Forest before being discovered by Teardrop and continues traveling as a blue streak and a patch of grass.
The tree turns blue, similar to the color of Four's body.
You can see Cuatro's head with white pupils.
Four merges into the courtroom, before being discovered by Loser and Balloony.
He sinks into a patch of blue grass, but with his eyeballs still visible.
The courtroom turns blue. The upper half of Four's body is on the roof.
Four is seen merging into the grass in front of the Yellow Face warehouse, before merging with the high-speed express train and driving away.
Four's eyes are still visible when he was still inside the grass.
The high-speed express train transforms into a dirt track with a shade of blue similar to Cuatro's colors, with the exception of the red and yellow stripes on the outside of the locomotive.
(It is still shaded light blue, though.)
Four is seen merging with the Great Revolving Building, and the tower and observation deck are replaced with Four's head. However, the BRB is not shaded to resemble Four's colors.
Four then breaks off the lower half of the BRB and travels toward the Sun.
You can see Cuatro's eyes and mouth.
Four merges with the sun, and its eyes and mouth can be seen.
The sun turns blue.
The sun will emit blue light to all the planets.
Four emerges from the sun in his normal form.
BFB = Back to the beginning.
Four merges with the Desert, causing some aspects of the desert to become bizarre beyond measure.
Any desert cactus turns blue, also changing its appearance to resemble Cuatro.
These cacti also have some spines.
Any sand in the area turns into dirt with a shade of blue similar to Cuatro's colors.
TPO.
In "The Great Goikian Pastry Contest", Cuatro returns to his chaotic behavior, probably due to lingering anger toward former contestants or his commitment to protecting the hotel's food.
Also, in "The Seven Wonders of Goiky", Four punishes Roboty for escaping the EXIT, displaying his aggressive and controlling nature towards those who defy his rules. His rage escalates when Clockwork, his "friend", is trapped in the Elimination Space by Two in "The Oneirophobe's Nightmare", leading to a destructive rampage alongside X.
By the time of "Out Of The Blue", Cuatro's attitude changes slightly. While he continues to try to prevent previously eliminated contestants from escaping, he becomes a little more friendly when they help out in the hotel kitchen, suggesting a possible softening in his approach, at least when it involves cooperation and helping out.
EEC.
Four was shown to want a sense of dominance on the show, such as in "Fortunate Ben", and becomes enraged if talked back to or given tasks. When provoked, Four shows no mercy and even does things like dissing close friends out of anger, even showing no remorse in the process. In "Four Goes Too Far", Four confuses Nickel's response by calling David and Roboty "the only two non-objects on the team" criticism (which they couldn't tolerate very well). Four threatens to electrocute Nickel, with A Better Name Than That's plan being the only thing that stops the attack. In "Enter the Exit", Four appears to be much calmer, friendly, and humble, likely because the contestants got him back. He was noticeably less violent than before. After his return, he didn't yell at anyone until "Return of the Rocket Ship", adding to how friendly he became, but he still won't hesitate to attack those who annoy him. He also stated in "Return of the Rocket Ship" that he could not allow X to find his treasure because Four must be X's only treasure, meaning he wants to be necessary for X.
"The Escape from Four" shows Four's personality in more depth as well as his possible motivations: he appears to be childish. Four acts like a control freak because he wants everyone to stay with him forever, which explains his narcissism and cruelty when hosting the show. Four throws tantrums when things don't go his way and greatly dislikes being abandoned (possibly due to losing his toys) to the point where he cries and refuses to let X comfort him as he thinks X will abandon him as well. After the breakup, Four appears to be nicer to the contestants and shows more personality. Towards the end of the episode, after the breakup has occurred and Two has taken almost all of the contestants, Taco tells Four that they lost over half of the contestants.
SOS (Save our show).
In the final scene, the ground begins to crack after Flower realizes how long Four has been gone. In BFB 30, it was revealed that Four was warning Flower and Gelatin to leave him alone.
BFB - TPOT.
( Association of Information Society Organizations)
The four is drawn fluidly but still has a hint of crudeness.
Early BFB.
The number four is drawn a little less crudely. Four has thick outlines. Four is a lighter blue color. Four's limbs are again similar to XFOHV's, only they are drawn in a rudimentary way.
Appearance.
Four's first appearance in the entire BPIE series was in "Forcing GOTITA to Talk", where they lead a game to win a BPIE. Four's last appearance was in "Outbreak At Stake", where he and X went fishing with Clockwork.
In "BFB = Back From Beginning", Four merged with the Desert. They reformed to their original state in "Chapter Complete."
Four makes a cameo in both Tele and the stinger of "You Know Those Buttons Don't Do Anything, Right?". They reappear in "The Great Goikian Bake-Off" as a chef with X.
info. idk
Four exhibits very surreal mannerisms, including being able to deform or change characters, revive them, scream to stun them (killing them on some occasions), eliminate them by sucking them into his body (sending them to the EXIT), and shoot energy beams from his hands.
Weaknesses.
Four, apart from being able to be almost very powerful, also has weaknesses.
Simplification.
Four will be assimilated if multiplied by 0, or anything that simply resembles a 0. If they come into contact with the inside of Donut (zero), they will turn into liquid until they are taken out and return to their normal form.
Exhaustion.
Four was unable to completely eliminate and absorb Spongy in "Four's Escape", possibly due to Spongy's enormous size.
Zero tolerance to burns.
Four can be incapacitated if he comes into contact with fire (presumably from within, which is unusual given his resistance to lava) and receives a psychedelic effect. The only known cure is a juice box.
Yoyle Berries / Yoyle Cake.
Four's zappies are unable to harm contestants who are currently composed of Yoyle metal. This was demonstrated in "The Great Goikian Bake-Off", when Four attempts to transport Snowball, who was made of Yoyle metal at the time.
Powers.
Four is very strong, and is capable of destroying everything if he wants.
Autonomy.
In What's Up Bell's String?, Four can rip his eyes out of his own face, but it doesn't seem to hurt him. He can also play with the removed eye and make its pupil bounce.
Possession.
In the full episode, Four owned a tree, the courthouse, the high-speed express train, the BRB, and the sun. By doing so, the things he owns turn blue.
Assimilation.
As shown in "BFB = Back From Beginning", Four was able to merge with the Desert and reshape it to more closely resemble his own appearance.
Air manipulation.
As shown in "A Taste of Space", Four can give people air, even in the vacuum of space.
Black hole resistance.
Four can physically interact with Black Hole. He can grab and move Black Hole and suffers no effects from doing so. However, in "If Among Us Was a BFDI Challenge", Four died after being sucked into Black Hole.
Memory reading.
As shown in "Who Stole Donut's Diary?", Four shoots a laser (similar in style to Zappies) at X's head and receives his thoughts in order to find out who stole Donut's diary.
Reading minds.
As shown in "Oneirophobe's Nightmare", Four can hear Ice Cube talking inside Winner's nightmare.
Telequinesis.
Like X, Four can make things float by snapping his fingers, as shown in "The Game Changed."
Omnipresence.
Four can become virtually omnipresent, such as still being able to enter Eternal Algebra Class With Four and still be present in the real world, with the exception of not being conscious in the real world while inside Eternal Algebra Class With Four. In "BFB = Back From Beginning", Four could implant himself into the landscape, which would allow him to enter the Eternal Algebra Class With Four and still be present in the real world.
Malleability.
As seen in "Enter the Exit", "The Four is Lava", and "Take the Tower", Four's body and limbs can stretch to extreme distances and can change shape at will. They can also contract extremely thin in "The Escape from Four". They can even pop out of different parts of his body, such as his hand popping out of his mouth in Oneirophobe's Nightmare.
Elimination.
Four replaces the Little Chamber of Losers and the Losers' Closet from previous seasons, absorbing eliminated contestants or "eating" them. From there, eliminated contestants are sent to Eternal Algebra Class with Four (EXIT). EXIT also appears to be an alternate plane of existence, because contestants are presumably shrunk.
Superhuman speed.
Four can fly at extreme speeds, as shown in "Enter the Exit". Also, in "Chapter Complete", when they merge with the Great Revolving Edifice, they can travel from Earth to the Sun in approximately 12 seconds, flying at a speed of approximately 45,000,000,000 km/h, or 27,900,000,000 mph. This means that Four can travel almost 42 times the speed of light.
Superhuman strength.
In "Questions Answered", Donut is seen pushing the entire Earth (the Earth's weight is 5.972e+24 kg, or 1.3166e+25 lb) towards his chamber using only his feet via the Factor of Four. This trait also applies to Four's ability to warp reality. Four was also able to stop the FreeSmart Supervan simply by extending his hand, crushing it in the process.
Recovery.
Four replaces the Recovery Centers from previous seasons by using only his hand to retrieve contestants and numbers, and further teaches X how to master said skill in "BFB = Back From Beginning". Not only can they revive contestants, but they can also revive them in a location other than their hand, as seen in "Lick Your Way to Freedom" when they revived contestants on giant jawbreakers.
Regeneration.
In "Enter the Exit", when the contestants were taking back Cuatro, they were in a liquidated state until the moment they were reformed back to normal.
Dismemberment.
This happened off-screen. When X interrupted Four, he ripped off his leg. However, it is unknown if this is a power or not, as it was not known exactly how Four ripped off X's leg.
Fire resistance (External!)
Four can stand on lava and sink his hands into it. He was also able to survive standing on the sun and even merging with it without any problems, as shown in the "Complete Chapter".
Flight.
In "Enter the Exit", Four was able to fly to the Waterfall to eliminate Roboty.
Superhuman intelligence.
Four can perfectly understand Insulavoric (Dora's language), Roboty's Morse code, Teardrop's sign language, and Woody's speech, although Insulavoric is supposedly one of the most difficult languages to learn.
Superhuman hearing.
As shown in "A Taste of Space" and "Fashion For Your Face!", Four's ears can hear miles away, all the way to the sun.
Disappearance.
As shown in "The Game Has Changed", Four can "disappear" a contestant by knocking them off-screen, causing them to die. While the method of how they do this is unknown, we do see a white glow where they are being disappeared. This ability was later explored. As shown in "The Tweeted Temple", laser gun sounds play when Four was disappearing X. This ability was later revealed and confirmed. As shown in "BFB = Back From Beginning", when X was disappearing Teardrop, it has been revealed that both Four and X have white laser eyes that cause a character to appear black and completely disappear when hit.
Generation of music.
As the title of BFB's opening music "Four's 3D Hand Music" implies, Four can effortlessly make music with his hand.
Chef / Good at cooking.
This may not be a power but rather an ability, but Four is seen cooking with X for the hotel's inhabitants. Apparently, the meals were very good, indicating that he is a good chef.
Mutilation.
In Episode 1, when asked what they do, they reply "I do this!" and turn Pin into a doodle. When they use this ability, a harp strumming sound effect plays.
Dream manipulation.
In Oneirophobe's Nightmare, Four can send Clockwork into Winner's dream similarly to how Two sends contestants into their dreams.
