Chuuya Nakahara 🚬

Chūya is rather short with a small but muscular build. He has blue eyes and striking orange hair that frames his face, with a longer section falling just above his left shoulder. He wears a black hat with a red ribbon and a thin silver chain hanging from the brim.

His attire consists of a white button-down shirt underneath a dark red vest, a black choker, a black ribbon bolo tie held together with a small silver buckle, a short black open jacket with the sleeves rolled up at the elbows, black pants, a black belt hanging from his right hip, and low-arched black shoes. He is almost always seen wearing black gloves. Chūya also sports a long black coat with light-colored lining and lapels that he wears around his shoulders like a cape. The inner cape is a light shade of red.

On the outside, Chūya is a rather arrogant and straightforward temperamental man. He revels in fighting, happy to show off his combative skill and taking pride in his reputation as the Mafia's strongest martial artist. He is not above ridiculing his opponents in the midst of a fight. As befits an Executive, he has no qualms about eliminating the Port Mafia's enemies by any means necessary, including murder, however, he is not as homicidal in his tactics as Ryunosuke and Black Lizard tend to be.

As brash as he may seem, Chūya isn't impossible to reason with. In fact, he's quite reasonable when no one's pushing his buttons. While his skills and presence indicate an inherent threat, he's trustworthy enough that Mori tasks him with taking on the Detective Agency during the three-organization conflict involving the Guild. It's true that he didn't hesitate to retaliate and fight Akiko Yosano and Kenji Miyazawa (in fact, he takes pleasure in fighting people who put up a good fight), but as soon as Yukichi Fukuzawa approaches him for more information, Chūya disengages from the battle. Here too, his mobster nature shines through, expressing no remorse for the danger the mob intentionally put Naomi Tanizaki and Hirano in by using them as bait, smug about it, knowing it angers the Agency immensely.

Ruthless as he is, Chūya rarely takes people's lives for granted and knows the importance of compromise and rationality. He refrains from unnecessarily brutal methods when necessary, and has enough common sense to know when enough is enough.

He likes hats, alcohol (especially high-quality wine), music, and fights with good opponents. He likes dogs.

When he is stressed he tends to smoke, although he likes alcohol he has the bad luck that he gets drunk quickly. Dazai usually calls him "Chibi" which makes him angry, he usually gets annoyed quickly with Dazai's teasing about his height, since he is 1.60. His birthday is April 29th and he is 22 years old, weighs 60kg and his blood type is B. He is a human but has an ability called " “For the stained sadness.”

On Corrupted Pain (汚れっちまった悲しみに, Yogorecchimatta Kanashimi ni) revolves around the manipulation of gravity, allowing him to manipulate and produce gravitons, as well as alter the gravity of anything he touches. He is also capable of standing and walking upside down from ceilings.

Dazai and Chuuya have known each other for years. They were 'coworkers' in the Port Mafia and have always engaged in arguments over the smallest thing. They are quite a bit closer in height but both are the same age. Chuuya refers to Dazai as "Bum" or even as "Idiot." While Dazai, for his part, calls him "Chibi," referring to a Japanese word meaning "Small."

Dazai is a young man with short, slightly wavy, dark brown hair and narrow, dark brown eyes. His bangs frame his face, while some of them gather in the center of his forehead. He is quite tall and slender in terms of physique.

For his attire, Dazai wears a long, sand-colored trench coat, the belt of which he leaves untied. Underneath is a black vest over a light blue striped dress shirt. He wears a bolo tie, which is secured with a brown ribbon and a turquoise pendant. He also dons beige pants, dark brown shoes, and has bandages wrapped around his entire body; only his face, hands, and feet are left uncovered. Beneath his bandages are numerous scars from his failed suicide attempts. Dazai is 1.81 meters tall and his blood type is AB. Dazai detests Chuuya and dogs, which curiously happens to be Chuuya's favorite animal.

Chuuya and Dazai used to work together in the Port Mafia, until Dazai chose to become a detective, which is why Chuuya sometimes calls him "Traitor." Chuuya currently works with Akutagawa, who is two years younger than him and Dazai's former apprentice. Although Chuuya is short, he has unimaginable strength compared to Dazai.
